Lowood Child Care Centre & Preschool

My son thoroughly enjoys his days at Lowood Early Education Centre. I recently started my second baby there. I had no worries or anxiety leaving her there as the staff are so lovely and kind. Highly recommend

My son has been going here for over a year and now my daughter has been attending this year now too and my kids LOVE it! My son has come out of his shell so much since being there and my daughter's personality just shines with confidence. Thank you Tracey and Staff for taking such good care of my kids:)

All 3 of my children have attended this centre and have done since my eldest was 18 months old, who is now 8! In the time being involved with this centre I cannot fault their service. My children love all the educators and thrive on the welcoming family feel they get when they arrive. All we want as parents is to know our children feel safe and comfortable and in a happy environment when they are out of our care and that is exactly what Lowood Early Education Centre provides. They are second to none! I highly recommend this centre and I wouldn’t send my children anywhere else, Tracey and the team are amazing at what they do and I am forever grateful that my children are learning and growing with such capable people. We have recently had to relocate and the hardest part about leaving, was not being able to take these amazing educators with us.

My son has been in this service since roughly when he was 6 months old. At the time we had issues with him bottle feeding as he was still breast fed but this centre was more than happy to help accommodate and even spoon fed him to ensure that he still got the nutrients that he needed.

To this day they have still been extremely reliable with looking after him especially during drop offs as he does get upset. They often do this by picking him up and giving him a cuddle to help console him or by trying to distract him with play time. This has also helped my son feel safe and comfortable around his educators to the point he often asks at home to go to school to see Miss Jamie.

The app that they use called Storypark is also an amazing addition to the service as it gives parents updates on their children’s routines which includes what they eat, when they sleep and when they have nappy changes or toilet breaks which helps with putting parents worries at ease. It also updates parents on what activities the children did on the days they have attended and also outlines how each activity contributes to their children’s milestones and education.

I’ll also add that the compassion that I have seen towards my son and other children has been remarkable and I cannot thank this amazing team enough for taking the best care possible of mine and other parents babies!

My grandkids love attending this kindy. They always looks like they are enjoying themselves when doing activities and learning new things everyday, lead by the great staff working there. Keep up the good work!

Lowood daycare is absolutely incredible to my children. Her and her staff are always friendly and amazing. I highly recommend sending your children to their child care Center.

Honestly love this centre! All the girls are amazing my son loves going here he really loves all the special guests that come to the school and all the adventures they go on outside the centre he talks about all the things he learned and is always so excited to tell me about it. My daughter also goes to after school and vacation care here she loves all the girls and the vacation program I'd recommend lowood early education centre to any one look to put there children into care.

My son has been going the for the last 3 years and my daughter 2, they absolutely love the educator’s and have made many friends. They take early education seriously and communicate with parents verbally. I couldn’t recommend this centre enough.

My granddaughter is very happy at the school and loves the activities. I find the education side very good and they have a lot of interaction and feedback to the parents/carers so you know where your child is up to.

My 3 year old son recently started here and he loves going to "school" as he calls it. The staff there are very accommodating and friendly. Not only toward my son but to me as well. I was a nervous emotional wreck when I would leave my son there each day as this was also a new experience for me too. The communication I would receive each day about my child's progress and activities they participated in always put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend this childcare centre to families! Thank you Tracey, Anna and the rest of the crew for making this transition easier, for making my son feel safe and we look forward to making many wonderful memories in the future!

Our two children have attended Lowood Child Care Centre for around 4 years now, from babies through to kindergarten. The educators are wonderful, caring and make you feel like family! Our kids love going to learn and play and my school age daughter often asks to go back during school holidays. The extra activities that come to the centre are great, like the dentist and photographer. We love the movie nights and fun activities the centre puts on. Couldn’t recommend the centre and educators enough. Thank you Lowood Child Care Centre!

My daughter attends this centre 5 days a week as we are working family she absolutely loves going and the care the lady's give to my daughter's absolutely beautiful they all know her by name and she absolutely loves going thanks ladies for doing such a great job with Ella

What an amazing centre, our children are well cared for and feel safe and happy. They are well educated, colours, shapes, sensory, friendship, abc, nursery rhymes this amazing list goes on right down to food health, growing and eating. I am often asked about lowood early education centre, and in short we recommend this centre to as many people as we can. The staff are friendly, caring and comfort the children wonderfully. We have been at this daycare centre for 3 years now and even though the educators come and go they are always replaced with beautiful caring staff. Thank you so much for all the love and attention you have given our 3 beautiful children.

I highly recommend this centre to all parents! My 3 year old attends 2 days per week and absolutely loves it, he gets excited on the drive to the centre every single time. Staff are always friendly and extremely welcoming and always take the time to stop for a chat.

I highly recommend Lowood ECC! They update my child's routines through story park and I can see how she is going through out the work day. The staff are amazing and I'm glad I switched to this child care. I feel comfortable that my child is safe and learning new skills.

My wife and I love the quality of card the staff provides for our grandson. He is just thriving at Lowood Child Care Centre. The staff are friendly and super helpful. Levi loves going everyday and seeing him so happy, convinces me, that this centre ticks all the boxes for me in the most positive way with my grandson's education and learning needs.

My daughter absolutely loves it here:) All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The always try and stick to my daughter's routine as much as possible and there is always a great range of activities throughout the day. Lunches are always nutritious and have options available for all dietary needs.

I definitely recommend this childcare, my oldest daughter has been going for 2 and a half years now she has learnt so much since going the staff have also helped her so much with toilet training and I’m proud to say that she’s now toilet trained so Thankyou so much and I also have my youngest in now as well and she’s been going for half a year she also loves it very much.
