Unless you want to bug the wonderful attendants with non-stop questions, it’s now impossible to compare prices when shopping as they no longer have price tags on the clothing. Less information for the customer so they can surprise us at the till. Disgraceful!

Purchased 2 pairs of mens shorts, wasn't sure to purchase owing to not being what size, however I did purchases. On trying 1 pair on they were to snug so went back to store within 12 hours, and as I had removed the tags on 1 pair, tags were offer unattached they stated they can't refund when tags removed (why) but did refund the other pair. This is extremely poor customer services and obviously a ploy to keep your money. Will never shop at lowes again until they restore customer service.
Make sure you buy the exact right thing as mistakes will cost you better to go to a competitor who don't stuff customers around.

One my best customer experiences dealing with Kerron. Impromptu purchase at the Myer store didn't have all the sizes I needed, Kerron made sure he called other stores for me to see who had the right size. No bother at all for him. A true value to the company as he didn't have to make as many calls or any for that matter. He could have just given me the stock on hand based on what he saw in the system. Pleasure to deal with and very attentive. 10/10

Lady that works here is super lovely and helpful. As someone who can get pretty nervous/anxious asking for help I always feel welcomed here. Always a joy coming in.

Went in for a beanie decided to try some pants on while I was there, they were too big, went to try on another pair and the lady grabbed them out of my hands and told me "don't even bother they're too big"

Great range of menswear, in particular shirts in all sizes.
My partner is a fan of Hawaii and fun style shirts and at an average price of $30 a shirt. This place never disappoints. Staff are really great too

Being the only major supplier of chef/kitchen staff clothing, makes it a sore nesscitisity. The store is understaffed, and the staff who are there are non attentive. It's a shame, as other Lowe's have great members of staff

Reasonable prices, however in my experience; pants don't last long before issues like holes in pockets, seams coming unstitched etc present themselves. Haven't had any issues with their shirts though.

Had to buy a Hawaiian shirt for Hawaiian shirt day at work. Although the sizing is for the much larger man, I did find a shirt in XS which fitted perfectly. Lovely helpful staff and great prices. Don't see the need to return but was happy about my experience nonetheless

Good quality menswear at low prices. Unfortunately moved out of Sunnybank Plaza some years back. Useful stores seem to move out of that place.

Always have great product at great prices. A must for us Kiwi visitors. Why don't they open stores in NZ?

Located in Queen Street a great place to shop in Brisbane. Good eatery on lower level and Myers upstairs and access from the mall. Polite and helpful staff.

Came on a Saturday arvo and the bearded guy and middle aged lady were both extremely helpful and polite

Do not trust this company. As a regular customer & subscriber to their newsletter I tried to purchase what was advertised both in the recent newsletter sent & on their face page of their main website. The products advertised weren’t available online or in store within a few hours of receiving the email. It looks like they have never stocked it even after searching through their search engine. It’s false & misleading advertising. I rang the online number & it rang out. I rang back to speak to customer complaints & they tried to tell me it had sold out in within that time but I know when I’m being lied to. After the time & money I spent trying to get the product they didn’t offer me a voucher or discount at all. The customer complaints manager was very unapologetic. The only thing he offered was for me to buy it sometime in the unknown future at full price. Forget customer service to a loyal customer, forget having the products that are recently advertised, this place is clueless & thinks it’s customers are stupid. I will never go here again

I've shopped at this store several times more and the staff have always been helpful and respectful.

Surprisingly Lowes has a good selection of decent quality suits. Better quality than the cheaper selection at Target. Jackets are around $130 and trousers are around $50, including a shirt and tie you can get a decent suit for around $250-$300. You can also buy a suit cover for $5. There aren't always suit sales so if you want ultra savings you might want to wait and see if one will come up.

Cheap and cheerful clothes store. I've bought some Origin/Heat/Roar supporter gear from here and none of it has disintegrated!
