Lowes (Chermside)

Couldn't find what I was looking for. There is a gap in sizing between normal sizes and the "big" sizes

I like shopping here for my clothes, but didn't have the rugger shorts with the zip front

Got our kids their school uniforms yesterday; and could not be happier thank you hannah, for your top service.

It's alright. Staff are friendly and the clothing quality is good but I haven't always been able to find what I'm after. Occasionally, the selection is a bit limited.

We spent hours looking for shirts until we found the only product that suited our needs, staff are awesome!

Went herre to get underwear for my dad and they didn’t have his size so the guy went out the back and had a look also gave me some suggestions where to find as they didn’t stock the size. Was very helpful and said it was his first day. Keep up the good work I say. Thank you

Cassie, the girl who served me, probably needs to be trained properly, very poor customer service and incorrect info given about work trousers because she couldn’t be bothered putting in an ounce of effort to answer correctly. It was like I, the customer was an inconvenience to her. It wasn’t even busy.

I think Lowes is great. Price and product range suits my budget and dress style. Clothes are of reasonably quality. This particular store is a bit tight on space so hard to move around if busy. Staff are helpful.

Walked in here just to look around. All the staff paid close attention to every customer asking if we needed anything. Got to the point where this lovely gentleman helped me find some office clothes that were in my size and provided a lot of help. I really appreciated his assistance.

I will come back here in winter for more clothes. Extremely helpful staff.

Maybe, just maybe, if the young blonde lady (clerk: 81-courtney at 530pm - 12/12/19) had even the slightest level of customer service such as saying 'hello' or 'thank you' instead of standing quietly behind the counter with a cranky face throughout the whole process of buying a pair of clothes, I would really appreciate it as a customer. First time, yeah, but this is the second time this lady has given me the 'I dont care' attitude.

Like, its Lowes, not the most expensive clothing store, but can I at least get treated like a customer?

If the boss of Lowes was there would she behave the same towards her customers?

If she spent her own 40 dollars, does she want to be treated the way i did?

Ready to contact the head office if it happens again.

Ps - the other employees are amazing.

The staff at Lowes Chermside are lovely, especially Courtney.
I had to return some items today and purchase replacement garments for my 96 year old Dad. Nothing was too much trouble for Courtney.
