49 On the 16 January 2024, My family and I visited the Pacific Fair Louis Vuitton store with the intention of purchasing a wallet. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite wandering around the store, we were not greeted by any staff members. Feeling a bit discouraged, I eventually approached the main counter where five staff members were standing. Surprisingly, none of them made eye contact or offered any assistance. I had to actively seek help myself. One of the staff members could be over-heard talking to another staff members about another customers babies, blue eyes.
This lack of attention and poor customer service left a significant impact on our decision-making process. Considering the price range of the wallets we were interested in, which exceeded $1,000, we ultimately decided not to make a purchase. It was disheartening to witness such subpar service at a renowned high-end store like Louis Vuitton.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the fact that my 11-year-old daughter was with me, and it was her first time visiting a Louis Vuitton store. She, too, was taken aback by the unsatisfactory level of service provided.
Overall, our visit to the Pacific Fair Louis Vuitton store was marked by a lack of attention, poor customer service, and ultimately, a decision not to invest in their products.
It doesn't seem to matter where you go in the world, the staff are rude if you don’t ‘look the part’ and they never seem to have what I want even though its on their website. As expected, a 1/10 for service, product and overall customer experience

Store appearance is as expected, was disappointed that the shoes I wanted were faulty & 1 shoe was at least 1 size larger on one foot this is unacceptable standards on craftsmanship for this designer brand. I was also told they only stock 1 pair of shoes for each style of shoe
Great service if they're feeling like it, however I've always had good service. However, it's louis vuitton so extremely pricey
Poor advise from Sales coordinator for comment to our VST rebate.
Without proper info and just provide wrong information, asking us to make the claim after immigration and don't need to present it directly to the custom officer but only recipe will be enough.
After we have check in our bag to Airlines, we can't show it together for declare anymore, causing us to lose our rebate.

Was so looking forward to buying a bag from Louis Vuitton. Went into store and the first guy I encounter is texting on his phone and walks right past me. I go through the store and encounter another lady, she ignores me and walks past me three times! No one except the door man has acknowledged our presence! It is not busy just me and one other customer. I came to the store knowing exactly what I wanted so should have been an easy sell! Very poor customer service, because there was none! Walked out of the store to spend my money somewhere else…. I can see Gucci and Prada are right next door yay!
Bought my first LV bag in Pac Fair for my birthday it was a treat from my husband Service was not up to standards for a luxury brand no follow up and very condescending sales rep. Just seemed like my money wasnt good enough there and they make you feel that way alot. Overall i should have just bought online would have made me feel a lot more excited about my purchase. Even after buying the bag no smile just a leave already and dont come back look. Very unappreciative of the sale.
Love shopping here. Always have a great experience even when we are just window shopping. They have a great selection of clothing and bags. It's a place to spoil that someone special. I love their fragrances. There is always a unique story behind every piece which I love. Great service which the staff aren't pushy at all and very accommodating. Thank you everyone at the Pacific Fair Store.
I want to know if you guys did repairs on your shoes or had someone that specialises in your brand. I especially want them looking the best they are because they were made by Virgil Abloh and don’t want someone to ruin them
I rang your helpline. And was told that she did not know and I would have to go in store to ask. Because something get repairs and others don’t.
Go to store the man did not know that the shoe was even Louis Vuitton. I asked him. He didn’t know. He went to ask someone they didn’t know

My first visit to the store and was pleasantly surprised. The service for the whole experience was impeccable. There is a staff assigned to you throughout the store. Mine was friendly, helpful and patient.
The store also had a designer who explained to me the personalised services available.
They allow you to take photos but not videos (I asked). I just wished they served champagne given its festive seasons:)
Will be back for sure. And lesson learnt, book ahead for an appointment so you dont have to wait in the line outside.
Very very disappointing experience. LV PAC FAIR sold me a used/worn bag. Had my doubts about the bag the second she pulled it out from the store room. I questioned her if it was new and she replied with, "Yes everything in this store is BRAND NEW" I happily gave her the benefit of doubt. Went to Brisbane to return it within >10 days.and ta dah! Refused a refund on the basis that it was an "obvious" used bag and they were not comfortable to accept the return. So now I'm stuck with a $4000 "used" bag. Extremely furious with the insanely poor and disgusting service. Sorry to write such a negative review! But please carefully check all your purchases before buying!:) Even though you would expect better for thousands of dollars worth of product (s)!
