I had an unpleasant experience buying a bag with xia chen sun, I was very quick in choosing the bag I wanted. I just want to get the perfect bag without any defects. She just wrapped it up and when I checked it turned out that the bag was wrapped in a defect. When I asked for another replacement she didn't kindly give it and in a hurry.she just replaced it with display goods. The other brand not like this.i already have prada and gucci and all of the client advisor very patient and kind.

I waited at the entrance for ten minutes as instructed, but no salesperson came to assist me, even though many were idle. There was no queue, and I'm unsure if this is a Louis Vuitton service tradition. I'm dissatisfied with the lack of assistance. A group of unresponsive salespeople. I just needed help finding and purchasing what I liked, but no one attended to me. I won't be visiting LV in Brisbane again.

The customer service is appalling! For a luxury boutique, they don't give any customer service and the staff just stand around chatting to each other. You are honestly better off purchasing online or going to their Gold Coast store. The store itself is beautiful but the staff are so horrid, it is such a waste of time!

I've shopped at LV since the 00s and never had I experienced such an appalling service. First, we were disrespected by the security who micromanaged where we stood, as if on a mad power trip. Next, a myriad of people, who clearly bought nothing from the store, we got moved again and were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes. For what? More people buying nothing? We went with clear intentions to buy a specific item, but thanks to this utterly disgusting treatment, we will be taking our business elsewhere. People, DO NOT SHOP THERE.

If I could give less than 1/5 I would… came straight after work and did not have time to change into “expensive” clothing. I walked in wanting to buy something but ended up waiting 30 minutes. I had to leave since no one bothered to come. Yet other people without prior appointments were attended to after 5 minutes of wait time. This level of service is unacceptable at a high end brand like Louis Vuitton. Fair to say this will be my last visit to this boutique.

Service is appalling In this store. Bought a bag then after 2 months it started to peel around the edges. Lady insisted it was my fault due the the way I was using/wearing the bag. Luxury service is a 0 in this store.

Prestige brand and location without the anticipated luxury service.
On three separate occasions we were made to feel that we were not welcome. We had a voucher to spend and still walked away after the third time without having spent it, so lacking was the staff’s desire to take our money! The small things were missed that you would normally associate with such a formidable luxury house as LVMH - there were no designated areas or efforts to support viewing and trying on of jewelry, no attempts to assist us in discovering new or suitable products, and staff appeared to be not interested in doing the basics, let alone to go the extra mile. The ‘piece de resistance’ was when one of the SAs told me ‘don’t be p*ssed off with me if another store doesn’t have the item’ we wanted (that was out of stock in Brisbane). Not exactly the ‘language of luxury’! We found instead the service at Gucci to be at the level expected and are prepared to continue our patronage there instead. Judging by the many one star reviews here, the management of this store are unconcerned that the new location seems to have brought a significant decline in service.

Professional and pleasant sales representatives, always make for a memorable visit. So many of the staff go out of their way to remember my name and greet me. They lead the way in luxury retail standards in Edward Street.

Service in store was more than I could hope for, I had an issue with a strap and it was replaced on the spot within 10mins. Staff were friendly and helpful, offered water and refreshments upon entry. Very happy to not have to part with my bag

The customer service in LV is getting worse and worse, I don’t feel comfortable with the way the staff talking to me. Even though I bought a bag, he did not ask me to sit down or offer drinks and I was just standing there waiting for him to print the receipt for me. That’s not the service I deserve to buy luxury goods.

Disappointed a lot, I still love the brand but can the HR manager be careful with the staff that you hiring?

Vine (Sales Associate) is AMAZING!
Even though I waited 12 months for this perfume refill, she kept me updated throughout the entire process, waived the price increase & gave me a gift. I’m very appreciative?

I always feel completely accommodated & comfortable in store.

Never had such disappointing customer service than what I have received today at the Brisbane store. The quality of a wallet I purchased was not to the standard Louis Vuitton supposedly holds itself too and I was un-empathetically explained there was no repair option despite being well within Australian consumer law. I hope no one else has the experience I do for supposed “life time warranty”.

I bought a pair of shoes from here and the stitching came out. They said they can’t do anything about it. I wore it for 5times hardly.
