Lorna Jane Brisbane City

Hi there! I recently discovered Lorna Jane for myself, and I can say that I’ve fell in love with this brand from the first touch— during this week I bought leggings and sport shirts. They fit really nicely, and the quality is so great.
I bought it at the store at Albert street Brisbane, and I want to say that your customer service has ruined all nice impressions about your brand. Your staff treats customers with disdain and a little arrogant, as someone who had first experience with your brand I was hoping you could help me with my choice, but every time I asked something they looked so busy, when there were 2 customers in the shop. I totally understand that we all have bad days, but it happened to me 3 times, which is so upsetting to see in such a popular shop. 29.08 I’ve bought my second pair of leggings, I came back home, started unpacking my purchase, and realized it’s another pair of leggings, not the one I’ve chosen in the store. Again, we all are humans and I would understand, if it was made by a mistake, that would be totally fine. I came back on 30.08 to exchange it, and the same consultant that sold it to me said, that there were no sizes left and she gave me another model. How? How can you sell another product without even letting people know? Maybe it’s better to tell a customer that there are no sizes left and offer to try another type of leggings, than just put it straight in the bag and sell?
I’ve bought 2 products during this week, and I wish I could be your customer in the future, but your client service disappointed me that much, that I won’t come back again. Your product is just perfect, but your customer service is definitely not something you expect from Lorna Jane brand.

Hello everybody, I Heard talking about this brand on social media. I'm from France and during a shopping day in our journey, my friend show me the shop. Sellers who work there are really kind, smiling, patient (we've got only an english basic vocabulary.) and professional. They show us many models that we can tried in spacious fitting room.they know models and the size that will suit you perfectly.very good quality clothes that make you look good. I will order online when I will be back home! Thanks a lot.

A decent range of quality gym gear but you really pay for the label here. If you're not the type of person who needs to show flashy labels you can find cheaper good quality gym gear elsewhere. In short, nice stock but extremely overpriced.

Marina was so lovely and helpful! She went above and beyond to contact head office and help locate my gift card details after I left it at home. Will definitely be back.

Store associates were friendly and helpful without being overbearing, LJ leggings are good quality and last well for the price

I went there this morning, I bought one leggings from them about a year ago, it fits well, tucks your tummy shapes your bum and it feels good on the skin. I was willing to pay the price. So I enter and I ask the girl, and she looks at a black legging randomly and offers me that one. I mean you might not have the one I am looking for but you could find a similar one, ask what the cx wants, sell it. She seemed impatient to go back to the computer. I just left.
