Lorna Jane - Maroochydore

Absolutely terrible service late yesterday afternoon at Maroochydore store. First time I have seen a staff member not fit the part of Lorna Jane. Yawning drinking like a loud fish and the most disgusting service. For your main store I’m shocked. I will never ever go back in there again. The ladies at kawana are just incredible. Outstanding service and professional. Please don’t hesitate to shop at kawana especially if you are new to the brand.

I can't shop in peace no matter what at lorna Jane maroochydee sunshine coast I will ask if I need help. Kawana store is lovely maroochydore not do much Most staff are rude they try to shop for me ask me alot of questions And recommend a million items and basically can be distracting i don't get this from many shops and not nearly as bad in other shops it may be helpful to some but it's just too much if you don't want help and want to shop quietly on your own. Love the clothes, rarely any sizes though, Understanding they don't restock once released and they sell out fast so I guess it's about jumping on a collection just as they are released, I follow the page and usually check when things are released for this reason.

Went in today and had such a nice experience with the staff, they were so helpful and kind. Lorna Jane products are very high quality wherever I buy them but this particular store the staff were great and thought they should get a review.:)

It is a very compact store. Very tidy and neatly display.
What impressed me the most is their five star customer services. Justin she is super helpful and know her product very well! I will be back for more xx

Lorna Jane is my ultimate favourite but be warned you will fall in love with near enough everything in their shop and their latest collection is a true winner! The sold warm brown colourways and mauves and of course the classic printed animal skin and cheetah prints! The fabric just is the most comfortable and form fitting in active wear I have every experienced, and the quality just keeps getting better and better! The staff are always there to help and are so friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. Very happy with my purchases today I will see you again soon. Xxoo

Omg I saw it on the rack and went “nahhh I couldn’t possibly like them” but then went “heck, yeah! I’ll give it a go, throw them in the fitting room as well, Kymberlee” (I was shopping at your Maroochydore store in the sunshine plaza)

I am now the proud owner of these wonderful pants & thanks Bill I’ve come down a size into XS.you sure do know how to make a gal feel special & comfy.

I’d also like to give a shout out to Kymberlee who was fantastic in assisting me. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely banter whist shopping in store I felt very welcomed.

I will never go back to the maroochydore plaza store.the women in there are just terrible. I wanted to try in a lot of things.felt I had to hurry to make a decision. Felt like I was being looked down on. Not a good experience at all. I buy a LOT of lorna jane on line.this experience has put me off.

I came in on a Thursday night, hesitant to try anything on. But, Maddie approached me immediately. She was engaging, happy and ready to help. I tried a few things on and told Maddie I would be back. Going on to other fitness wear stores I did not find the level of personalised customer service Maddie had provided. So that following Saturday I brought my husband in to see her again. She was very patient, kind and helped me finalise my purchases. Thank you so much Maddie, I will be back!

I wear a special splint and these allow me to wear nice comfortable shoes and they look good too

Pitiful customer service, seems you need to be a Barbie doll to even be acknowledged in this store! Needs a serious shake up.

Terrible customer service at the Sunshine Plaza store. Un helpful, thought it was funny that everything I wanted to purchase was not in my size. Didn’t offer to check Other stores. Which I’ve had them Do in the past.
