Joke of a company went here to buy my wife a present and they don’t accept cash. Not sure if that is even legal as it is legal tender. Find anywhere else to shop I wish I could give 0stars

Absolutely useless customer service in Robina. I just called to see if I can exchange a size for a pair of tights I got online, to basically been told we don't those, that's the old version then crickets (silence on the phone). With no help on what I could do or what my options were, where I could get the exchange.

I have been to this shop a couple of times but staff here never greeted me. Same goes to other customers during my observation. Makes peoples feel very unwelcome.

Service was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great specials on the Lotus tights Very happy with my purchases

What a difference staff can make. I made a purchase at Burleigh on Sat and left a 5 star review because Jen was superb. I tried to return one of the items on Sun at Robina and it was the complete opposite. The computer was down! No manager on duty, 3 very young ladies trying their best. What a waste of time.

Poor customer service! Don’t have stock in-store! Came in to buy my fiancé some new workout clothes and was not able to get anything in store had to get it shipped to me and they sent the wrong ones and missed half the order. NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN!

Chantelle & Mikaela absolutely made my day! If you are even contemplating browsing activewear these two at Lorna Jane Robina are your gals. They were amazing! Don’t even bother going anywhere else these two have you sorted!

Poor customer service!
I phoned up the store to check before I went there, to bring back a faulty item I had bought the day before, not once was I told the manager was not in the store. The girl on the phone even put the right size out the back for me.
I went out of my way to go home get the receipt and tag to make a special trip to Robina, only to get there and they tell me the manager was not there and nothing could be done. This is poor customer service as far as I'm concerned I will not purchase another Lorna Jane product, to be treated like that. I work in retail myself, I treat customers to the highest standard, I expect the same.
Saturday afternoon.and what, there is no one that can authorise a swap. I didn't want a refund, just to swap it over.

Nice store with a great selection of yoga and workout pieces. The customer service could be better.

I bought my first Lorna Jane outfit on the weekend! The staff member was really friendly and helpful, checking up on me in the change room and offering to grab another size if needed. Had a great experience and left with a few items. I had previously hesitated to shop at Lorna Jane because of their prices, but the styles I purchased are great quality - so you really get what you pay for. I'll definitely be back for more!
