Lorna Jane - Loganholme

The lady working was lovely and friendly which was great. I was looking at the thermo leggings and tried on a small and medium. I was going to purchase the mediums as the small was too small. When I went out of the changing room the worker was helping another customer so I put the small back on the shelf but apparently she didn’t see that. Once she was finished with the customer she had said that she will hold the mediums if I’m not 100% sure about buying them yet I thanked her and handed them too her and left. About half an hour later I had 4 police officers pull me up and say there had been a report of theft. My 16 year old brother and I were unlawfully body searched, all because she had thought I stole the small thermo pants. I must admit I get she was doing her job but all it took was her checking the shelf and seeing the pants where there. I work with concrete and make pretty good money (enough to own two cars and a 2023 motorbike) if I wanted the size small I would have paid for them I have no need to steal. If that’s the first thought you’d workers come to when someone is unsure if they want to buy something or not then I will not be returning to your store. I’ll follow what all my friends say and stick to rockwear

There was a very helpful staff member when I visited on Saturday morning - helped me work out sizing and gave me options!

Staffs are not helpful at all, very very lucky you are the only Lorna Jane in Logan. Remember staffs without customers you are nothing very unfriendly bunch.

Immaculate store. Julia was so helpful recommending things to try, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect set. She made me feel so welcomed and I will definitely be returning again.

Went in yesterday to purchasing a few things and when I got my Cash out I was told they no longer accept Cash! I was not happy to hear that. Cash is legal tender. You lost me as a customer.

I had a very positive experience shopping at Lora Jane Loganholme just recently. Very attentive staff and very knowledgeable about the product that they are selling. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The staff were so rude and so self entitled! My friend had her bags searched which is fine they found nothing though didn’t stop there they then had my friend followed by a security guard and searched again found nothing and then to also be pulled over by police to be searched and her whole car searched to look for a coat hanger and shorts! Which obviously nothing was found because she is not a thief it was disgusting. They then found the items they were looking for back on the rack in the store after all of that! Julia the manager for this store was so rude when my friend rang to get details because of how embarrassed and degraded she felt and couldn’t even receive an apology.

Maylee is always incredibly positive customer service experience. Extremely helpful an will go out of her way to help with your purchase. Definitely recommend this particular store. An the staff are always friendly

I highly recommend your Loganholme store. I have been shopping at least weekly with this store for about twelve months. The manager Taneisha always greets me with a smile and goes above and beyond to help me find what I want. I look forward to seeing her each Friday and appreciate her impeccable customer service.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I was treated very badly and humiliated beyond words especially by the store manager Tanisha. I came into store to swap over a pair of tights that were sold to me at the wrong length and I was told they didn’t have them and are not planning on getting any in stock. The refused to refund me and stated hey have a policy. The store manager Tanisha asked me didn’t you get a copy of this in your email? I said no and showed her my emails she also asked if I received a copy of my receipt electronically I said no. She then quickly printed a receipt and put in on the bench and pointed at a small sign on the bench saying rad this.we NEVER give refunds despite tags still being on, only purchased the day before, they had the copy of my receipt I did not and I had no knowledge of this policy. She said she cannot help me and went to turn us away. I asked her if there was a customer service team I could please speak to and she said jut said go online and talk to them there is no phone number. I stood in the store With my friend humiliated trying to message customer service to get some assistance. Whilst waiting I apologised because I have a medical condition that makes me sometimes stutter and I was trying to make sure my communication was clear when the store manage cut me off and said “just stop I don’t want to hear your life story”. This was so rude, I think this was the break for me my friend tried to help with communication as she could see I was so humiliated and was about to burst into tears. Whilst in store the store manager received a call from Tylah (customer service) the lady I had been online messaging for assistance (so there must have been a phone number when I was told there was not). I was in store for over 30mins being humiliated and spoken too as if I was stupid (just because I have a medical condition does not mean I am stupid and cannot understand information being relayed to me. I told the manager I was upset and told her could she please stop speaking to me in that way as it was humiliating me and we were waiting for a resolution from customer service. In the end I politely said I’m going to leave and wait for customer service to follow this up further as I cannot wait in store any longer and continue to be spoken too in this way. Apauling customer service and what almost felt like discrimination towards me from such a big branded company. I expected more professionalism. Myself and my friend will not purchase from this store and I strongly recommend you read previous reviews it looks like I’m not the only one who has been treated badly/humiliated in this store.

Terrible customer service, the store manager Tanisha was incredibly rude and humiliated my best friend who was only trying to swap over a pair of clothing which they didn’t have and refused to refund her. The manager was speaking to my friend in such a rude manner I had to step in and please ask her to stop as it was quite obvious she had upset my friend who was deeply embarrassed. It was unnecessary and things could have been dealt with better especially by someone in a management role. Disappointing.

My girlfriend and her friend received really bad customer service from this store, apparently the store manager is Incredibly rude to customers and often humiliates them. I wouldn’t recommend especially after seeing how upset they were afterwards.

Awful customer service. Embarrassed me in front of other customers, and was completely unnecessarily rude. I work in customer service and am absolutely appalled.
