Lorna Jane

I don't usually write reviews but I have been a fan of Lorna Jane active wear for ages (always at this store) and tonight I had an awesome customer service experience. The woman working (I didn't get her name) was so kind and bubbly helping me out happily even as she was waiting for others to finish in the changing room so she could go for her lunch break. She left me in such a positive mood that I am still thinking about a few hours later. I'm pretty sure it's not the first time she's given me such great service. She's definitely a keeper, Lorna Jane.

Visited today, knew exactly what I wanted. Lara was working and was most helpful and informative, knows her product well. I didn't feel like she was upselling anything but I walked out of there with more than I intended!

Great product! Little expensive but I think the things I bought will last so worth the extra money.
Did not like the store at central’s coz I asked for some stuff to be put aside just for 24 hours and I come back following day to have them back in the rack. Girl who was meant to leave them aside did not have the best customer service either and I would’ve been very disappointed if they sold the items I wanted. Not shopping there again but will just buy online or go to DFO LAURA Jane as ladies there are more friendly.

I had to return a pair of tights due to a damaged zip. The first lady was super lovely and very friendly, the second lady was condescending and rude, she kept talking over me and basically accused me of being responsible for the damage but she was going to change the pants as a 'goodwill gesture'. Was really unimpressed with her attitude. It was a humiliating experience, which is a shame because i highly rate the tights.

I have to say that I just don't get Lorna Jane as a brand. $65 for a 3/4 pair of leggings? Why? Because it's Lorna Jane brand? Lycra leggings aren't that different to each other. This store is located on the ground floor of Cairns Central near the food court. Staff are pleasant and the store is nicely set out with a wide range of products. I just can't bring myself to pay the prices they ask.

I don't know what has changed but I feel so comfortable walking into the shop now. The girl with the black short hair served me and she was so honest and genuine. Will definitely be back

The girls in this store do not let you have a chance to just quietly browse and shop at your leisure. They are fake and very pushy. I don't mind if you say hi when I walk in but don't start a full-on conversation and tell me i would look great in everything.fake and pushy!
