Thought I'd go window shopping right before a brunch date last Friday. I always struggle finding anything I like, or I feel very unsure about how things look on me and end up trying on a dozen items and leaving empty handed.

I was greeted by Leslie and Courtney whom were so helpful and extremely patient the second I entered the store. Leslie helped me get sized up and I fell in love and walked out with two new outfits! Both ladies provided exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back

The staff Named Tanya, she is very nice, make me feel very welcome, always full of Passion, she also could speak chinese, very convenient for me to shopping there, good service, love the product!

The girls working here are absolutely lovely and after purchasing my first lorna jane crop top and shorts I'm a convert. So comfortable and well made.

This is the only LJ store I shop at. The friendliness and welcome from the staff, especially Courtney, is outstanding. I'm always welcomed with a smile and made to feel like a friend. Their knowledge, expertise and advice is helpful and honest. The store is always clean, tidy and well presented. I highly recommend LJ clothing, my daughter loves the comfort and the fit. Thanks for the, always excellent, customer service!

I love the clothes but I'd rather shop online. The sales assistants are annoying. They will not leave you alone. I was asked if I needed help 3-4x in a few mins; by the same person. Um, 'thank you, I'm just browsing and I'll let you know', means please annoy me so much, that I walk out! This has happened many times at Garden City.

My experience at Lorna Jane store in Mount Gravatt today was amazing. The sales assistant, I didn’t get her name, should be promoted She was so helpful, from asking if I wanted to try on my online order in store, helping me find a great deal and just overall being so friendly and helpful. Sportswear and workout gear shops can be daunting sometimes but her customer service was exceptional, I feel like she went the extra mile.

Lorna Jane Mt Gravatt was an unbelievable experience for my partner. This was following a failed experience at the Carindale store.service was excellent from the moment we entered.

I was pleasantly surprised that the sales assistant knew my size and when I went to reach for a different size she said they will be too big. Sure enough she was right. I'm not gunna lie, I have avoided LJ for years because I've previously been snubbed there. But the type of training gear I like is near impossible to find and I went in to LJ as my last resort. I told the sales assistant what I was looking for like I have every other shop and tah dah! She knew exactly what I was talking about and there they were! I have a whole new outfit for they gym tonight. It was way more than I would normally spend but we'll see how many kilometres I get out of them before I whinge about the price!

Extremely disappointing! In spending over ten minutes walking around looking at items, picking items up and comparing them to other items, no one came to assist. Even when I was standing in the middle of the store looking at what was on display, still no one offered assistance, what they did do was offer assistance to someone who walked in after me. This continued to happen. So I left. This isn’t the first time I have experienced a lack of care from the Mt Gravatt store, the only difference was last time the store was empty and the staff were chatting and giggling between themselves. I left the store in discuss walked across the corridor to Rockwear where I spent $140. I received amazing customer service, told the assistant what I was after and she found them immediately. The fit, Perfect. Customer service, perfect. Lorna Jane needs to hire assistants like the ones at Rockwear. Will I give Lorna Jane a third chance - doubtful

I was served by Jess and she was so lovely! I had seen a pair of tights online and she knew which ones I was after just by describing them. It was my first time shopping at a Lorna Jane and she was very welcoming and helpful.

I received incredible service at the ant Gravatt store today, the girls were very helpful and helped me find some great outfits. I unfortunately didn’t catch their names but was very happy with service and very happy with my new workout gear!
