After reading some of these reviews I was a bit scared to ask for any assistance in sizing as I'm over 50 and have just had a post menopausal weight gain.
On Tues afternoon 23/1 grabbed a few larger sized items and went to change rooms myself trying to avoid any staff members.
To my surprise I was followed and asked if I needed any further help with sizes. In all honesty I cant fault the service I received I could tell the young girl was ready to go the extra mile to explain fittings etc. However my friend and I were in a hurry I explained I just needed sizing and would buy online at my leisure.
Don't let go of the lass with the dark pulled back hair, matching brows and a deep tan in a hurry as she is an asset to the LJ label.ty

The staff are super over the top or completely ignorant to customers. And no cash? Seriously Lorna Jane…. Too much effort to allow customers to pay with cash?

I went to the store today for the first time in about a year. I found a pair of pants I wanted to try on. There were two people serving at the checkouts with customers, but failed to see me standing there wondering if I can walk through and try on, or whether I need to speak to them. They were not versatile enough to be aware if what is going on in the surroundings of the store.
When I decided to purchase the pants the same customers were still being served. There was another customer also waiting. The two assistants again showed a lack of awareness of the queue forming. One assistant was going back into the store to find more clothes for the serving customer while the other assistant stood there asking about the persons day. Like who cares. I stood at the checkout for 10 mins waiting to be served and no sense of urgency by either assistant and they were very slow and lacked awareness. I had a baby with me and my family took the baby out of the store because it was taking so long, and as 10 mins went by the shop assistant looked out the door to the crying baby and I said “they are with me, I am in a hurry! ”. She didn’t even try to work fast!
Not happy and will never shop there again.

I walked in with my Mum but decided to take the pram out so mum could browse properly, the lady yells out ‘hi, bye’ very rudely.not sure what her problem was but she was also very rude and abrupt to Mum when Mum bought some tights, I wish we shopped elsewhere.

First time walking into a Lorna Jane Carindale for a particular set in quite a while. No greeting from the girl in the store, tried on some tights as the crop for the set was out of my size. No offer of help in the change room, put the tights down behind her as I was leaving. Not a single hello, can I help you or goodbye the entire time I was in the store.

I went into the Carindale store. I had some vouchers to spend. After a couple of minutes of looking around, I approached one of the assistants and said I was looking for some high waisted leggings. Her response was that all the leggings in the store were high waited and some next to the door were on sale. That’s it! She went back to chatting. I continued to looking around and hung around for a few more minutes but never once approached offering assistance! Customer service was non-existent! I don’t usually shop at Lorna Jane and probably never will.

DO NOT ORDER IN STORE. What a colossal waste of my time. They didn’t have the colour/size I needed of something In store so the girl said I could pay in store to order it. They took my money and two weeks later I get an email saying they don’t have any to send me and that I have to wait another business week to get my money back.

No discount code or anything just a refund 3 weeks later, this is no way to run a business and I’m sorely disappointed.

I want their new range of anti virus wear. However, the AMA and RACGP reckon I'm wasting my money.

Great service I ordered a bra top from the promotional brochure, I was rung today ready and waiting in store for me.

Jodie at Carindale helped me to find a new pair of tights. She was such a wonderful help, so lovely, and took her time with me. Thanks Jodie:)

Disgusting service. Treated my daughter terribly because she “ wasn’t in there size range” when she was shopping for friends. Will not be stepping foot back in that store again. I work in the center and will be telling EVERYONE of the disgusting treatment of my daughter. Shame shame shame on you Lorna Jane.
