6 Been here a week ago, and I regret not visiting them before. Vanessa the staff was so helpful, honest and understood what I was looking for. Her patience, kindness and zeal to help customer is highly appreciated.

Always positive experience at LJ. The girls in the shop are so nice and helpful. I was at the shop recently to return wrong size pants bought online and got amazing tights insted. They are my favorite now.
Visited LJ Springfield lakes today and was served by the manager Alicia who was most unhelpful. I bought in a pair of leggings which I paid $110 for and the hem has busted after 10 months. She tried to tell me LJ has a 3 month policy on faulty items, which when I rang head office found out was a lie and then she finally had a look at the leggings to tell me she has made a decision that they weren’t faulty. She didn’t even bother to look in the system for my name to see I have literally spend a bucket load of money in that store. Who would spend $110 if they new the product would only last 10 months. What a joke. LJ should back their products! I always use to advocate for LJ but never again will I waste my money on your cheap and nasty products and rude staff who clearly

Staff and manager always friendly. Always willing to help and assist if clothing is in another store if not in this one.
Love this store. Steph is amazing, always helpful and recognises me as soon as I enter the store. Steph will go out of her way to ensure that any item I want is available. Steph is definitely a great asset to Lorna Jane.
