Lovely experience at Lorna Jane Chermside today. Thank you Louise for your fantastic customer service and making me feel special. Was also very happy with my purchase.

Came in Thursday night on the 21st, was trying on a sports bra in the fitting room when a worker came and asked if I was okay and I let her know my sister was getting me a different size. She looked at me very weirdly and so I had to repeat myself and she just repeated what I said and then walked off. Then at checkout I was asking if the size I wanted was available at any other store and again got a very weird look, very very awkward interaction, treated my like I was suspicious because I was wearing my scrubs from work. Would not come again.

I would like to say thank you very much to Jasmine, she is always very lovely and accommodating, very helpful and friendly whenever I come to LJ Chermside. Last time I came to this store, Steph was also very pleasant and helpful. Everytime I go here, I know that I will be looked after and always leave the store happy and satisfied. Thanks again ladies!

I waited around for quite a while at the counter to ask about an online order. Both floor staff were too busy sorting stock. One girl must have been new, because she just kept giving me glances and not greeting me or anything.

The staff at Lorna Jane need to stop being so pushy! I just want to shop in peace instead of getting harassed constantly whilst in store. After I decide what to purchase, I do not want have a further 3 things suggested to me. I love the products but prefer my own judgment and choice!

A lovely lady named Maddie served me today and her customer service skills were amazing. The moment I walked into the store she made me feel very welcomed and she was very helpful in helping me find the flash dance pants that I wanted. She was very polite and super friendly to talk to. I will definitely be going back again:)

First Click & Collect experience. Worst service ever. No idea how to treat customers. I was blamed for my order, from the day prior, not being ready - apparently I had to wait for a 2nd confirmation email. Only half of what I ordered (& paid for) was available despite the 1st confirmation email stating otherwise.

There was "nothing that could be done about it" due to their "process" (which the shop attendants so rudely pointed out - "we actually have a process here, so in future wait until you receive an email with a barcode as confirmation we have your size"). Never again.

I love the clothing at Lorna Jane buying them so often, as it so comfy and stylist, plus the Staff at Lorna Jane Chermside Louise, she’s one of the amazing very professional friendly person. She’s beyond my expectations. I’m very happy Highly recommend.

Don’t usually get customer service anywhere to where they’ll really go out of their way to make you feel welcome & comfortable. Will shop there again.

I just adore this store! Love the girls. They always make everyone feel special and welcome and have fun with customers. This has been the culture for years.today I visited and Abby and girls and they made my day yet again.we even had a bit of fun doing a video of me modelling the LJ corporate outfit that I purchased.love, love.love!

I had amazing customer service when I came to the LJ chermside store.
One staff member in particular was so kind and attentive, helped with sizes, carrying things for me around the store, checking on me, and seemed genuinely interested in flattering colours, lengths, etc.over just getting the sale. Even after completing the sale, she was lovely and chatty but not overly pushy - and I really love the range available, sizes are actually true to size and generous, so many colours, styles and lengths. I’ll for sure be back - with more money to spend this time! Xx

This store in particular has a really comfortable nice looking couch to sit on while waiting near the change rooms. Could have easily used that area for more stock, but prioritise customer comfort

This is the first Lorna Jane store that has the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I was not greeted and asked for any assistance they kept walking past me like I was a nobody! I ended up trying a couple of tights on myself and when I went up to the counter to purchase the staff member said “did anyone help with you with this? ” To my amazement she was one of the 3 that kept walking past me like I was invisible. The service is a complete joke at this store and the variety well there isnt much compared to the Northlakes store I’d stick to Lorna Jane Northlakes, the service is way better and there is better selection to choose from. Lorna Jane Chermside has the worst customer service, very disappointing.

Cant fault the clothing here, but I do take issue with the return policy. Tried to return an item that had a tear in the seam when I got home. Only had the item for2 days, but no cigar. Im outa here Lorna.

Great experience! Was closer to another LJ store but decided to drive 20mins to Chermside! So glad I did.staff were friendly and even looked after my 13week old baby so I could shop. So much love for this team!
