Just went in the store this morning on 17/05. The two girls in store were so rude and dismissive. Did not even bother trying to help with my enquiry. I never bother leaving a review but I am just completely gobsmacked at how terrible the customer service was. Do better!

I do not feel welcomed when I’m in the store. I feel very uncomfortable and as if I’m interrupting them. The manager never ever smiles, she will look up at me then look back down without saying a word. Then I will walk down to rockwear and the girls are all so lovely and happy and help me so much there.
