Went here to alter my black pants for work tomorrow, I know I was a bit late to have the pants altered (I arrived there 3 and they closed at 4 pm on sundays). Thank God of Mahdi, he was able to do it though he got so many orders on that day and the result was excellent! Thank youu Mahdi!

This place is amazing from seam to finish! I can not rate them highly enough. I had my suit pants taken up and tapered in within 10 minutes from drop off, unbelievable! I'm still speechless. Will be back!

Got such good service at Looksmart Garden City. They went out of their way to help me with my unique request and did it really quickly. Couldn’t recommend their services enough!

They are very rude and they like to argue with customers. Both father and son don’t seem know anything about customer service.

Great experience, quick turn around with some minor adjustments for a perfect fit done on the spot. I had a jacket sleeves taken up and trousers taken up/tapered. I do recommend this place and I’ll be back in the future

Way Overpriced charged me $170 for a suit jacket it just needed two things to be done to it and didn’t even do a good job

I have been taking my clothes to Looksmart at Garden City for years. The staff are very professional and highly skillful and knowledgeable when it comes to tailoring and alterations. They have always completed work to a very high standard and you should be rest assured knowing you are in good hands if you bring your clothes here.

I brought 2 traditional Indian outfits worth almost $1000 for dry cleaning to looksmart. And they are stained and damaged. The lady at front desk made excuses and said she will have the dry cleaners contact Me and no one has. I am disgusted and disappointed wirh the poor service service.do not use this business business!
