Such a lovely location for a well known and well loved brand. Although I came for a large classic Le Pliage bag, my mind wondered off with new items. Every season they have new styles colours. I love the sunglasses styles and the bucket style summer bag. Must visit the store located in this beautiful building of Tattersall

Bought my first Longchamp bag today, thank you to the lovely Samara for helping me with my purchase and making the experience unique & fun.

Good experience! The staff who helped me was really friendly and professional. She showed me how I can use and clean the green nylon bag I just bought. Also she made me feel safe when I was in store as although she wore a mask, she still kept social distancing and asked me to sanitise my hands after I came in and before I left.

The worst experience my colleague and i had at this shop today! So upsetting. The lady was so rude by talking on the phone and coming up to us asking me not to touch anything. She then asked my colleague and i to sanitise our hands while shes still on the phone. We did out of respect and due to the current pandemic situation. I then went on the look at the bag i really wanted to buy and there goes second round of telling me off to make sure my hands are dry from applying the hand sanitiser. She also showed us gestures where we cannot touch anything until she gets someone to attend to us.all of these, shes still on the phone! 2 other people walked in after us but was not treated as how she has treated us. So bladdy RUDE! Just because i wore a mask or we are Asian, we were treated in such an uncomfortable manner. What a terrible customer service Longchamp! So disappointed as i have shopped here many times before.

My husband and I had a lovely time today. The ladies were very helpful and friendly, even to my baby:) I was tempted to buy 2 bags but I had to stop myself (they are so beautiful though!). The manager helped me and husband in choosing the best bag for me. I was very happy with the overall service. Luxury experience at a great price!

I had a wonderful experience. My zipper tag snapped off. I called them if they can help me out and they said to drop by the store. When I visited the store, it only took them minutes and my longchamp bag is good as gold. Thank you so much Longchamp Brisbane!

This store has a amazing selecttion of high quality and beautifully designed leatherwear. Prices are very reasonable and the service is professional and friendly.

Lonchamp bags are lovely at first and useful for travel but mine, bought in 2008, and used only a few times, was soon not attractive with bubbles in the fabric (I'm sure it was faulty) and unsightly wear marks on the fold lines. I would never buy one again.
