Lollipop's Playland & Cafe

Great indoor playland. Big area for the kids to climb and slide, a toddler area and a pirate ship ride that runs every couple of hours. Can get very busy so parking can be an issue. We had a little bit of a wait for a coffee as well.

Great playland and one very helpful female staff member who was working in the canteen. We very much appreciated her work when she was so busy.

We bought a 10 pass for about $75 and we go here often, they have quite tasty food which is unusual for a play centre and it's quite reasonably priced too. My son always has a great time and uses up a lot of energy running around.

I had previously given a 4 star for service as staff seemed very helpful.
Unfortunately in the past year the play centre has become very dilapidated.
The ball pits have no balls. There is rubbish everywhere and the general vibe is dirty, unkept.

The area for 1-3 s is always overrun with 5-10 year Olds making it unsafe for toddlers.

Large place and good for kids, staff seems a bit lost however on what they are doing next and half the time no one is at the front counter to open the gates for the customers which is very annoying unfortunately.

Can not recommend, I go to a play center like this one weekly, been to a few, won't be back here, it is bad, unkept, not worth the risk, keep your children safe go somewhere else.

This place is dirty, unkept, unmaintained, dangerous in all reality, just avoid and take you wee ones somewhere else.

The playland was amazing had abit of everything for each age of children. My little bub loved just getting around and enjoying things. Only downer was the fact when we did the build a bear they didn't have the love that u usually ment to do to make one. Other then that I love this place and will come back again.

Great place for the kids. It's slightly dirty, though. But that's expected for a kids' play area.

Good place for the kids to have fun. But the staff look unhappy and ignore customers at the counter.
Also there’s no point in even having the id number when they don’t double check them as you leave. They just take the cards and cut the bands off the kids. A little unsettling as anyone could take your kid.

Shoes were stolen after half an hour so we left. Even though there was a camera directly facing where we were staff could not or would not check the footage.no refund given. Not an adult in site, place is run by teenagers. The place is filthy. Bigger kids in the 1 to 3 area running amok being very rough with infants.

Had my son’s fifth birthday party there, was good although felt like it was rushed and the kids were rushed to eat and didn’t get much of a chance to eat there food before taking them off to do things.

Finally a play centre with reasonable pricing on entry and food/drink! Little one had lots of fun and didn’t want to leave ️

My 18 month old daughter is beginning to get her confidence and really exploring the toddlers area. It’s frustrating when parents let their older kids play in this area as they don’t watch out for the kids under 3. I had to ask multiple times today for kids to watch out for my daughter as they were jumping around and nearly fell on her/stood on her. I watched other parents also asking them to be careful as they were throwing the balls around nearly hitting the babies in the area. I understand the kids were having fun but we go there for the designated area being for under 3. Apart from this it’s a great spot for kids to burn off energy.

Playground was awesome for the kids. The food was well below average. We ordered simple chips and spring rolls. This took roughly an hour to come out after I asked about the order. Being school holidays it was definitely busy so I understand a wait but an hour for that order is a push.
The chips came out soggy and cold and the cocktail sprig rolls 10min later. I sent them back. Great place for the kids to play but our experience of the food was terrible.

Party host was inactive, shy, lack of energy and lack of training. No entertainment activities were organised we booked 1: 30 HR LOLLIPOP birthday party.
After waiting 1 hour cold food arrived at party table for children. Parents waited 1: 30 min for food.
It says water and Cordial are unlimited but we never got any on parents table. We end up buying drinks from cafe.
Birthday boy did not received any “Birthday Child Receives” on asking I got $20 build a bear voucher only valid on party day at 4: 00pm. My son was so tired he didn’t want to make it by then.
Great play place will never go back again.

Our daughter loves it but not enough is done to monitor the kids over 3 playing and creating havoc around the toddlers. Yes it's a play area and the kids are having fun and the other parents should be keeping an eye on their own kids but this isn't inforced enough to insure it's a fun area for the wee ones

Arrived an hour after opening and I was not impressed from the moment I walked in the door, staff member clearly didn't want to be there and was not inviting at all.
From there the centre was not clean, the same staff member served me at the cafe and the same attitude continued. No healthy items on the menu. Same staff member continued to clear our table multiple times through the time we were there and continued the same attitude telling us that she was so busy that she will go home and cry.

I take my children to lollipops quite often but haven't as of late. I like how they allow 12 and under and there's no time limit. Also there's something there to eat for everyone especially the super picky eaters that just stick with nuggets and chips. I like how they also do a free water dispenser, I don't recommend using the cups they give though but overall can't beat it. The staff could be a bit happier though
