How was Loganlea Community Centre? It was incredible true community support and dedicated team that has a focus to do whatever it can to address community needs. I was there for a morning playgroup with trained early years staff, a team from the Seventh Day Adventist church was behind the BBQ cooking for the drop in for all community but in particular people impacted by the floods. Volunteers and staff inside were getting food parcels ready for anyone coming in with food insecurity. True blue community helping community. Bless you all

We voted there. Very pleasant nice gardens, looks like it's providing some good after hrs school activities for older school kids.

Staff here are Super friendly and welcoming, always an activity of some type to join in with. Many more Communities should be as lucky as Loganlea.

Used this place once and found the people are friendly but not too encouaging there tend to be a concept of judgement particilarly by the male service providers of this community group the women were very understanding the men showed less empathy for their clients.however the men need to take further training in dealing with female clients

Inspiring got see such operations at the coal face and winning the hearts of some great children deserving of a break in life the staff are incredibly emphatic and they do make a difference in communities where institutions such as the Catholic church have abandoned in preference for Hamilton and Clayfield and the BMW and Mercedes set.
These humble community centres have partly filled this disgraceful act by the Catholic church.
They also sell food boxes with such goodies that defy belief and help families pulled apart by addictions actual domestic violence (not contrived ppe and stream rotection orders to steal real estate cache and businesses - but actual beaten women who are incapable of using domestic violence laws for fear of retribution or shame. This centre in particular needed to be applauded and recognized for their incredible work.
And the void of intolerant and scared shook teachers that punish and destroy good kids in need of actual leadership.
Instead the schools hide behind a wall OF fear a fear of any challenges and a totally of courage or leadership

I've seen these kids in the com.unity centres act like angels.
That's because the community members believe in the kids whereas the teachers hide like cowards behind a wall OF rules and punishments engendering disrespect and kids who will only shine if loved and shown tolerance are managed o it I.heir thousands on to the streets.
The teachers say 443 ended up on stress leave well I say they knew the deal when they started and they are gutless cowards who are hiding and backstabbing and cheating tend of thousands of desperately poor children of a right to an education and the benifit of courageous leaders to admire as instead they get spineless gutless wonders who are determined to betray their students by spite betrayal lies vindictive acts and mistreating poverty ad if it's a crime.
Its time the schools grew a spine and gave leadership morals guidance assistance time out rooms.
And a chaplain service that's real and the poverty is given focus.
In the meantime places like the loganlea centre is going to do the job of the schools and bring up good Australians
tead they help no one onare t
