Logan Tafe Community Child Care Centre

The wonderful educators really feel like family to our 12 month old. It has made the transition back to work that much easier knowing how safe, well looked after and loved my child is when I’m not there. The education program is so exciting, I wish I was a pupil here.

Highly recommend you go check this centre out, have to see it to believe it! We were new to the area and looked at 5 centres all with boxy rooms and small astroturfed outdoor areas on loud main roads which I knew wouldn’t suit my outdoorsy kid. Nestled in the beautiful leafy grounds of tafe campus this place is HUGE. Kiddos can run a muck within the shady safe fenced confines, you really just won’t find another place like it.
The rooms are so clean and beautifully decorated and they love a personal touch with family photos and my daughter loves ballet so one of her teachers decorated a whole wall in ballet art They really do go above and beyond and we are so lucky to have found this place!

I went here when I was a little girl and most of the staff are still the same 17 years later. Now I send my baby there she has been going there for 5 months or so. There’s no one who I would trust more to take care of my little precious baby more then LTCCC! Her development has come a long way since attending the Center. Crawling/ ready to walk/ vocals and no fussiness on food. She wont go to anyone bar mummy/ daddy and the Center educators. She feels safe and secure with them. I feel safe and secure everyday knowing my child’s in a safe place learning and growing. I look at the photos on story park everyday and she loves playing with all the little baby’s / kids. It warms my heart. This Center is home to amazing/ caring educators and gentle playing happy children. I highly recommend this Center.

After a scary experience at another centre, where my toddler suffered a fractured tibia and no staff member witnessed what occurred or that my son was in significant pain, my partner and I were extremely anxious about enrolling him at another centre a couple of months later, once his injury had healed. We were so relieved and all of our concerns were put to rest once we had researched and found LTCCC. From day one, the staff (especially Miss Maddy), made us feel so comfortable that our son was in the best hands. The centre has a lovely community feel, like one big family. The staff are all so wonderful/friendly/kind and fun and provide great daily updates on our sons day. The centre has an amazing outdoor area for the children to play/explore and the rooms have fabulous resources and are presented so nicely. Our son learns so much, including cultural learning which we really love. He would go to daycare 7 days a week if he could! I highly recommend this centre. I worked in Early Childhood myself for over 20 years and this centre is second to none

We have been to 3 other centres in Meadowbrook and Logan Tafe Community Childcare Centre is by far the best! Staff are always welcoming and clearly love what they do. Plus the staff have been working there for years, you usually find a very high turnover of staff in other centres, which is frustrating. Communication is fantastic and we have been extremely pleased with this centre. We just wish we had gone there earlier with our first child. The centre has an awesome outdoor area and we love how they go for walks to the duck pond and sometimes the library. Our girls have been there for nearly two years and it was the best decision we made moving them to this centre. They always come home happy and excited to tell us about their day.

We have been going here since 2018. I have 3 children at the centre. I have nothing but positive things to say. The educators are so focused on the kids, always have advice and support to offer, they don't do much screen time like other centres, the food is prepared onsite and is healthy nutritious and varied. As a mum I dont feel guilty going back to work because I know my children are happy at this centre. We love coming here!

Rude front desk lady. Rang and asked if there was spots available in nursery for my breastfeed daughter, was informed yes and lady over phone took mine and my daughters name. Went down to do paperwork couldn't find our names, was told no spots available. Lady was quite rude. Have had to quit my course, and lose my licence for 12 months because of this incident.

The place had the days available that i needed but the lady over the phone said it was "too much work" to get an additional support worker for my son with autism. Sorry, i didn't ask my son to have the condition and if that is too "much work" then i'll be definitely looking somewhere else.

An amazing centre, long serving staff, an amazing massive natural yard for the Toddlers, Junior Kindy and Kindergarten children to share. Babies aren't left out they have their own yard which is an awesome size. The centre embraces natural and risky play as well as sensory play. I love that all rooms go on little excursions to the duck pond located on tafe ground. And that the Kindergarten children go on bush kindy down at the local park often.

This is an amazing centre. The staff are all very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My little one was very shy and not very good socially when he started here and we noticed a dramatic difference in him after just a few days of attending. They were very accommodating when we were toilet training and did everything they could to help. We love the bushy outdoor setting and my little boy loves the chickens and the excursions to the duckpond. They do some great activities that are always talked about for days after. Thank you for making me feel so confidential with leaving my precious little one in your wonderfully caring and professional hands.

Carers are incredible! My 19m old started at 11 months old and he willingly goes to them and has fantastic days there. The carers are great at communicating with parents and we the the app that gives us our daily updates whilst at work.
Minus 1 star, only due to the director not being very organised, which is at times frustrating.

I have used The Loganlea TAFE Childcare centre
For the past 9 years, all staff are professional and go beyond teachers and cares and feel like part of the family. Never any problems with the facility, easy to park for pick up and drop offs.
Always clean and tidy and always time to talk about the child’s growth

I cannot rate this day care centre high enough. My son has been attending there for over a year now the staff are so friendly, definitely make you feel welcome and they all know you, not just your child's educators. They really let kids be kids, let them explore, use their imaginations and get messy. They go on little adventures around the tafe grounds, looking for turtles and ducks at the pond and collecting leaves, flowers and pine cones on their adventures for arts, crafts and imaginative play back in there rooms.
I recommend everyone I know to use this centre. We love it

My son has been attending this childcare. He loves the place, all the educators and other stake holders there. As they provide caring, nurturing, and understanding of family needs. Staff are friendly.

Looking for an amazing daycare. Somewhere with stable experienced caring staff. Looking for the largest outdoor area that includes bush kindy and exploring nature.
Looking for somewhere to love your children when you are at work/study. Looking for your child to learn about the world then you have hit the jackpot this centre is all about your child, amazing experiences, caring staff who are experienced and create mind boggling activities.

My girls absolutely adore this centre! All staff members are kind, understanding, friendly and professional. The centre itself is amazing! Beautiful rooms displaying the children's work, a fab play area out the back for all ages! Would definitely recommend this centre to anyone! 10/10

All of my 3 boys went there, my eldest is now 17, middle boy will 13 later this month and my youngest is 10, the staff there are amazing and it really is like a big family, I'm still in touch with some of them and will never forget the difference they made to my children's lives. I am the mum of Eden, Bryn and Taj and they all started in the babies room when I had to go back to work.

We have sent our three children to this centre and could not rate them more highly. The yard is very big and leafy with all kinds of activities including a mud pit, sand pit and a chicken coop. The centre is a not-for-profit organisation so fees are lower compared to other centres. Included in fees are meals for all the children from babies to Kindy including children with dietary requirements. All meals are prepared onsite by their cooks who have proudly achieved a five star food safety rating from Logan City Council.

In the seven years of using this service, not once have I doubted the care, education or love my children have received and as a working mother, the comfort this gives me is priceless.
