Everyone has been lovely kind and friendly to me. I was Dr Mechelle Parks patient and she knew me by name as do some of the receptionists. Dr Park has since left and I am trying a couple of other Dr's who can help me. I recomd this surgery.

Dr Nadia has been an amazing GP from the very beginning. She is thorough and supportive and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. I would recommend her and the clinic to anyone

There is one old lady at reception with glasses, short hair and totally very bad and don’t know how to communicate people, sad to see this kind of old people still working this kind of beautiful place, that’s awful

Be wary of using this clinic for any surgical skin procedures.
Seems to be no after care even when you raise concerns.its remove the stitches then leave the nurse to fumble the rest.
Now scarring and burning sensations has me needing a new specialist.

No care. Not just from me & my family, but other people I know have lost respect for them recently too.

Always an easy experience booking appointments with Betty. Doctors are caring and listen, nurses are very experienced and have been amazing with all my daughters vaccinations.

My partner, who is a patient at the practice, unfortunately tried many times to have an actual consultation (could prove he didn't have Covid) and was only offered tele consultations which were useless. Eventually Dr Nadia Sugiarto said she would see him. Thanks to her he had many tests etc and was suffering a life threatening blood infection (in the platelets) which ended up affecting his heart and spleen. He was told if it hadn't been found he would have died. Thanks to Dr Nadia but no thanks to the rest that wouldn't see him whilst all the time the infection was spreading. I would do no stars but that is not an option

Extremely rude receptionists here are driving customers away. I feel only a matter of time they lose their job.
I made an appointment with a doctor recently and they rang 2 hours before to cancel. I rebooked and on the way I got caught in gridlock traffic due to an accident so I rang ahead to let them know I wasn’t going to make it in time. Receptionist abruptly said I would be charged a $60 cancellation fee. I said I would not pay that and before I had a chance to explain further she hung up on me. Bi*#%!

Receptionist Betty very rude likes to abuse elderly and refuse help. My mother had a breakdown due to her rudeness on the phone.

Terrible experience trying to get a basic appointment as an existing patient. Covid 19 procedures gone mad. I’ll never go here again

Rude reception all the time. Must be good to run a business losing potential customers everyday. Only use as your last resort.

I’m so grateful for the support & expertise we have received here. We have been blown away by the care & health advice received by Dr Sina. He has changed our lives for the better. Highly recommend.

They are private GP, when you make an appointment, be aware of that. The receptionist don’t tell you that during booking, and you need to pay for GP visit no matter what! Their attitude is so rude, like just pay and leave! I am shocked. I am willing to pay whatever, as long as I was told before head.
Besides doctors are great here. Receptionist ruined it.

Very rude people. They don't listen you, after they realise what you are actually saying here comes "aaa ok", automated machine would be more helpful. And this is not first time treated this way, it is their habit to be rude.

Im seen doctor Sina Beiraghi from nearly 2 years is absolutely the best Dr and the most experienced gp his very friendly very understanding and with lots experience watt he diagnos me the specialist dit to im hi recommend this gp and the staff are very helpful and friendly thank you so much

Doctors are great here. One receptionist in particular is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. If you have a monday appointment and something comes up on sunday, you cannot cancel till monday morning and she will threaten you with a cancellation fee. Cannot believe she still works there.

The staff are nice and friendly. There does tend to be a long wait for a place that's not bulk billed.

Have been a few times with different drs and very average and underwhelming. I expected a more professional, thorough and caring service from a paying practice. Would not recommend.

My wife felt humiliated by the receptionist when she tried to book an appointment.she didn't even ask about bulk billing but was abruptly told they don't bulk bill even before finishing her full name.she felt judged with the receptionist's response after just hearing part of her name - racism isn't good enough.
