I wish Incan left a no-star.
There is no customer service. I return to the store for a parts replacement. The shop owner was very angry give me the feeling like I was done something totally wrong.

I will never ever go back to that shop again for be mentally bullying.

I bought a single cylinder pull handle for my entrance door from Lock and Handle Centre. It was shipped and I received it in Sydney within few days, very good quality. It came in double cylinder though. I called Mark and he was super nice over the phone and posted me a replacement single cylinder insert with a knob the same day with express post. I should say I was really impressed with their after sale service. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Big thanks to Mark and Colin, absolutely fantastic service and great advise and true value for money. Not only did they help with my new kitchen handles but we need a key-less lock solution as we have international students staying so for our front door and they recommended the FM-60 which is packed with features, easy to use and install. Mark helped me with the set up and provided the pull handle and latches making this an easy transition. I would highly recommend Mark and Colin if you are looking for locks or handles.
