Localsearch Digital Marketing Service

I’ve been with Localsearch for just over 6 months and I cannot fault them. Lauren in Ballarat has been so helpful to our business. She manages our Google, helps me with my socials and is helping build our website. Always available when we need her and so helpful. Highly recommend Lauren and Localsearch! Thanks for all your help. Here she is in the shop helping us with our displays and photos, her dedication is flawless!

Tried to review a business through LocalSearch … had numerous attempts rejected by their “ The Localsearch Reviews Team”. It seems that they will not accept any reviews that are “critical” of a business listed with them … that is why they all get 4-5 star ratings. This means the LocalSearch ratings are not worth the pixels they are written with. Seems their ratings are a complete HOAX.

My response to LocalSearch’s reply below …

I have read and now re-read the document referred to below and am still at a complete loss as to why the last attempted review, modified to reflect the reasons given for earlier rejections, was rejected … it was truthful and accurate and meeting all the criteria set by LocalSearch in the document referred to below … and they added another reason for rejection not in this document … my take is still that they do not allow genuine, critical reviews to be posted … this reduces the value of their ratings to almost zero.

The GMB team at Local Search have been so helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their business profile.

I've been dealing with Ryan Sutherland from LocalSearch for the past 2 years and he has been absolutely brilliant to deal with.

Customer service from sales agent was pour. I tried to get in touch with local search to renew my ads a month or 2 prior. Agent had made 2 phone appointments which he never followed through on 1, the agent left everything till last minute. After being with them for over 5 years, I am very disappointed.
