A poor business structure, driven solely by profitability and status. Unfortunately, the "structure" does not assist employee's in self development through considering individual differences in motivation.
The first interview did not inform me I would be knocking on doors, neither did the job description imply the long hours for less than a minimum wage.
The culture may be for 'high rollers' who can manipulate consumers for profitability, but not for self aware humans with emotional intelligence an empathy.

These people are doorknocking scammers. DO NOT work for them if you want a regular wage and fair working hours.

I did two weeks of work for these guys and never got a cent of the pay. They are scammers and a waste of your time.

Absolute scammers it's door knocking they like to skip over that till your sucked in then they work you stupid hours and don't pay u avoid like the plage

Great company to work for - I have been working with LMC for 9 months now. The best thing about them is the regular training, personal development with a hands on Managing Director. Great pay, great hours & great social culture!

LMC staff are a disgrace! Stayed at my accommodation in FNQ - trashed the place, urinated off my balcony into the neighbour's property and insulted neighbours when they complained about noise. Avoid any dealings with these animals.
