Dear Oak Tree Academy Team,

I am writing to express our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional experience our daughter had during her time at Oak Tree Academy. We have been truly impressed with the level of organization, kindness, and gentleness that characterizes your institution.

Every moment spent at Oak Tree Academy has been cherished by our family, and this is largely due to the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff. In particular, we would like to extend our gratitude to Catherine, the manager, whose expertise and intelligence have greatly contributed to the success of the place.

Furthermore, the educators at Oak Tree Academy have left a lasting positive impression on us. Their kindness and commitment to nurturing the students have been evident throughout our daughter's journey. Among them, Miss Rami stands out as a wonderful and exceptional individual who has left an indelible mark on our daughter's growth and development.

We would like to thank each and every one of you for the countless kindnesses extended to our daughter during her time at the academy. We are deeply grateful for the positive impact you have had on her life, and we will sincerely miss the warmth and care that Oak Tree Academy has provided.

Oak Tree Academy Daycare, is a fantastic place for children to meet new friends and learn. The Staff are fantastic and they make sure that your child gets the learning and fun they need. They also make sure they keep to the children's dietary needs, so the children stay safe and happy. My 3 year old loves going to Oak Tree Academy. She has made new friends and she has a lot of fun and learns a lot of different things.

We enquired with many centres in the local area and none seemed the right fit. We did a tour of Oak Tree Academy and it was perfect! Their values aligned with ours and the communication seemed to be amazing!
Unfortunately they didn’t have any spots so we went on a wait list and started at another centre. I got a call pretty quickly when a spot opened up and we moved straight over.
My daughter is so happy and confident at Oak Tree. The educators are all so kind and caring and they plan and deliver amazing learning activities based on individual children’s interests. Communication and photo updates throughout the day are amazing too! Love being able to see what my daughter is up to whilst I’m at work.
We are so happy here and would recommend Oak Tree Academy to everyone.

My daughter loves her educators and it’s clear they care for the children they work with. Great communication and a very thoughtful team.

My daughter has been attending here part time since she was 6 months.
Everyday I receive a little story about what they did that day, and every day she has massive cheesy smiles on her face.

My daughter has learnt so much in the 3 months she has been there. I love how they tailor days to suit the child's activities and interests from home.

I have only personally dealt with Miss Catherine, tylisha and Luciana. They are always happy for a chat and seriously I feel so safe leaving my child in there over capable hands.

It really is my daughters second family.

If I could give a higher rating than 5 I would.

I have been using Oak Tree Academy for approx four years now and have been very happy with the service. My child has loved all of their teachers and would highly recommend them to anyone.

What an amazing centre full of passionate educators lead and supporter by Catherine. Family owners who have invested in the playground so impressive!

We toured a few other daycare centres and absolutely nothing compares to the family-feel of Oak Tree.

Our little one has been going for nearly 2 years and we are so happy with how comfortable, beautiful and welcoming the centre is.

Our child has learnt so much from the caring and passionate educators that she absolutely adores. We love the educational and play-oriented activities that are designed daily around their abilities and personal interests.

Catherine, the Director is super accomodating and lovely to chat to about any questions or queries we have.

We has very happy with Oak Tree Academy. The educators are lovely, caring individuals who take a genuine interest in the children in their care and their learning and development.

Never had any issues with this centre. Friendly and honest staff. We all love this place. Only problem is waiting period for spots is too long.

My little boy has been going here since he was 6 months old. He is now nearly 2.5 years old and I cant tell you how much he has learnt and how much confidence he now has. A lovely caring centre with exceptional educators that really care for your children as if they were their own. Highly recommend.

My daughter started daycare since she was nine months old, we have moved about 2 years ago to another suburb and I drive half an hour each way because she LOVES oaktree. Educators are so lovely they became like her family and I’m so happy with her developments

Moved my 15 month old here and I have to say this is an amazing daycare. Staff are lovely and go above and beyond to get to know the kids and their interests. They are so interactive with them and I no longer feel that ‘guilt’ that I did at previous centre.
Would give 6 stars if I could!

I have worked with Little Willow since their beginning. Every day I come to work, I anticipate a day of new experiences, friendships and relationships with our families, fellow educators and amazing owners. It is a pleasure to be a part of a centre with supportive, caring and hands on owners who strive to ensure Little Willow is like a huge family to all who enter their doors.

I have worked for multiple centres across Queensland and as Director of Little Willow ELC, I am so blessed to be apart of a centre that is all about caring, supporting and loving all of our families and working together with our community! Our Educators always provide a high-quality level of care in a warm & nurturing environment, creating a sense of belonging, enabling each child and their family to feel safe, secure and supported. The owners Jyana and Larissa always go above and beyond to support the centre, the Educators, myself and our families! Little Willow is like no other!

We don't normally write reviews, however felt the need to jump on and share how much we love this centre. It is not easy to find a place where you feel your Children will be safe and well looked after. The Educators at this centre are the absolute best and go above and beyond for our Children. We could not speak more highly of Little Willows. The best centre in the area by far!

Love this centre, my grandchildren are so happy here. We love receiving all of the photos each day.

Don't send your child here! My son started when he was 16 months old and now at 4.5 years old, he is aggressive and nasty. The Educators and Owners did nothing to help my child with his behaviour in fact, it got worse the longer he was there. They told me he had bad behaviour and sent him home then 1 week later cancelled his enrolment - no support whatsoever!
Some of the behaviours he apparantly displayed at the childcare were not shown at home or with other groups of children. I can only guess that the Educators, Staff and/or other children were influencing and triggering some of his bad behaviour however they always placed the blame on him.

We couldn't be happier with this centre, staff and owners go above and beyond for the little ones, and treat them as their own. We sent our daughter here last year for the Kindy program and she is now thriving in 'big school'. She often tells us that she misses Kindy and wants to go back and visit! Such a lovely, warm environment. There is nothing more important to me as a parent to feel confident leaving my child in safe and nurturing hands. Highly recommended!
