The teachers are caring, nurturing and enthused to hear from the children and make every effort to integrate learning based on each child's interest.

My daughter loves attending day care every day and has formed strong bonds with all of her educators.

I worked there earlier this year (2022) and found myself surrounded by dedicated, passionate staff who are supported by equally passionate and dedicated upper management. The children are the focus of all that they do which id evidenced by the happy, well-educated children that attend the centre. Highly recommend working there or sending your precious little ones there

I joined the Little Ducks Bardon team around 5 months ago. The centre is great and the staff are friendly and easy to work with. Kaitlin, the director has been really supportive, encouraging and has an aspiring character.
I don't have any children that attend the service but I'd definitely recommend educators to join the Bardon team.

I unfortunately had to leave these guys due to change of location, but hands down the BEST daycare I’ve ever sent any of my kids to. The staff are so caring and nurturing. My boy adapted well in the environment. Fresh food everyday and always clean and tidy

I highly recommend Little Ducks Bardon, not only because they have a bunch of amazing staff, but also because they are always there and willing to help out wherever needed and possible. Being an Indigenous family and coming from a small rural community down to Brisbane where we had little to no support with our children, especially throughout Sorry Business times. Roxy and her staff are always the first to ensure our little ones are well cared for and looked after. So to the amazing staff at LDB ' you all are deadly and keep up the wonderful work.:)

I can’t rate and recommend Little Ducks highly enough. It’s such a clean and happy place and the educators and management staff are absolutely wonderful. They did everything they could to help our daughter settle in when she started going. A year later and she is thriving and couldn’t be happier.

Little Ducks is a great day center. We dealt with Miss Tammy (years of experience), Miss Ally and Miss Jess who all cared for our child like it was their own child. The Manager Miss Sam and 2IC Miss Roxy was excellent in with dealing with and helping us out when we needed to be a bit more flexible with our days.

Our son had a fantastic time growing up here. Friendly, caring staff made him feel right at home. The centre runs smoothly and was flexible as our needs changed.

Our little chap has thrived at Little Ducks, enjoying a couple of days a week in there since he was 6 months old. With no exception, all their staff are amazing and feel like family to us and our lad. He's now 4 and a half, and we would say the Little Ducks environment and the friends he's made in there have helped shape him into the man he is today: D

Every single one of the staff at Little Ducks Bardon is amazing. My twins have been to Little Ducks since the Nursery room and are now in Junior Kindy. The staff are warm and take such good care of the kids. I wish I could afford to buy them all thank you gifts all year round because they are just wonderful.

We have been so happy with the care at Little Ducks. We can tell that the staff at the centre really cares for the children, and our son has formed close bonds with the teachers there. We especially appreciate the personalised care that they have offered to care for our son's special needs following surgery.

We took our child to Little Ducks naively trusting our child was safe. When our child came back with severe scratches on their face we began asking questions. It turned out they had not been doing inccident reports when our child had been hurt. This is a requirement. We asked them to do inccident reports several times before finally leaving because they continued to lie and not report inccidents properly to us.

Little ducks Bardon is a fantastic centre and we highly recommend it for your little ones. The educators are caring and always super friendly. Our little girl has grown and learnt so much over the past year.:)

Our daughter has been looked after by the little ducks crew for over 2 years. She has been very fortunate to have such wonderful educators looking after her. She loves going to be with her friends, her teachers and the activities provided by the centre are always engaging. Thank you for looking after our daughter every day! You make drop offs very easy:)

Both my kids go to Little Ducks Childcare in Bardon. I have loved everything about the Centre. The kids are looked after so well, they love when I tell them it’s “kinder day”. I am a shift worker, and for 4 years, the staff have been so flexible and accommodating when we have needed extra days etc.
The Centre is clean, safe and a loving environment. Would highly recommend Little Ducks in Bardon.

Ms Krish in the Toddler room is a warm, caring and dedicated staff member who my son adores. She always has a smile on her face and the kids feel comfortable around her. Ms Ash is an enthusiastic educator and is showing the kids all new experiences including a fish! While Ms Oshi brings a calm balance and has transitioned well into the new centre.

We have a 3 year old at little ducks (Our second to go through) and she absolutely adores theTeachers, a special mention to Miss Fiona and Miss Tammy ️

Oh how we love Little Ducks! My 16-month-old has been coming for 8 months now and she absolutely loves it and is thriving there. Tammy and her team of educators are so caring towards her and ask the other little ones there. I have been so happy with them and would recommend it to any parent and child:) they foster a loving, inclusive community.

I can't speak highly enough of the team at Little Ducks Bardon. My eldest started in nursery when the centre first opened.
The care an attention paid to the learning experiences and program for each individual child is fantastic. The children are encouraged to participate in leading the learning experiences as well as questioning and exploring along side the educators.

The carers at Little Ducks are wonderful & so is the community. It's a nurturing & supportive centre with a great early education program.
