Friendly staff, not a huge range on site but ok. Much larger range on website then pickup if needed. Light quality is better than Beacon lighting but not designer range which OK because not their target market. Good all round lighting range, shop here a lot when doing mid range fitout.

Needed 2 Ceiling fans desperately before Summer hits! Really had no idea what to look for and if I could give 10 stars to the staff David and MJ I would! Knowledgeable, friendly, honest, patient and brilliant customer service. Found the fans I loved! David went beyond to explain air flow, noise, the advantages of a DC smart fan, the raked ceiling adapters I need etc.
Thankyou so much guys, I really do appreciate your time spent with me and your lovely customer service.

Sumner park store manager was rude to her staff and pulling faces while talking to customers over the phone this was in front of us.we were just about to take our business elsewhere but foolishly decided not to, I wish now we would have 2 of the 6 fans we purchased don’t work properly.they also didn’t tell us the fans that we bought don’t come with wall plates when I went back to buy some, I was told oh yeh and we don’t sell them either (would have been nice to before I purchased the fans) I had to go to Bunnings to get them before the electrician could fit them.obviously there is no customer service with in this company when I contacted them for warranty for 2 faulty fans they just gave me the manufacturers phone number and this is our policy. I will never go back nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I have bought from Lighting Illusions since 2008 - fantastic customer service. Always able to assist and provide the best product. This time I needed to know what I had bought in 2019 and 2021 - was able to get this information emailed to be within 2 minutes. Going to purchase once again. Best Lighting shop ever

Found the service and product to be really good. Also got follow up call to see if we were ready for transaction.

This team go out of their way to look after you and treat you with well informed advice. Ask them for best price, even on discounted items; sometimes you may be surprised. I am now a regular for all my lighting and fan needs. BTW go for the DC fans, less electricity, less noise, more air-volume control.
