First time visit. Cameron served us. He was fantastic. So so helpful. Highly recommend a visit. Selection is outstanding.

Procrastinating over appropriate ceiling lights - we were patiently assisted by both Simon and Ajman who answered our every question and went out of their way to assist.

Great store and heaps to choose from.customer service was awesome from this guy he showed me all the options and took his time.it was just pleasant.the other staff member at the counter he seemed very knowledgeable and nice.there was just comfortable vibe around the shop.the downlights fit btw.thanks for your help! The kids' drawing table was icing on the cake.will come back.

My partner and I have had a great experience at Lighting Illusions Skygate. Andy has been wonderfully helpful. She is so knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We went a few months back when we first were thinking of getting ceiling fans for our place. And it is because of her we went back now that we are finally ready to buy. And she hasn't changed. She still makes the shopping experience great.

Fantastic service from Andy and her team. Helped me find and choose lights after what felt like an eternity. Sourced a specific light globe for me and super helpful with a return when I needed to make one. Definitely recommend.

What started as a simple visit to the store to look at pendant lights, ended up in us purchasing all of the electrical and lighting requirements for our new build. This came off the back of the attention and helpfulness provided from the very first interaction, and that same quality of service was present over the entire build period.
Shawn and the broader team deserve to be acknowledged for the exemplary approach to customer service.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable, nothing was too hard for them. Extremely friendly. It was good to go to a lighting store and see different products. Store layout is great - products not hung on top of each other - spread out so you can look properly. Highly recommended.

Lovely store, easy to get to from central Brisbane, but most of all providing very helpful, informed, warm, professional assistance, especially from Charlee. No hustling, no rush, she was always happy and able to answer our innumerable questions. She made the whole selection process pleasant and relaxing, which are not words I’d usually apply to shopping expeditions so close to Christmas! Thanks, Charlee.

My son in law installed some new ceiling fans at home last week. They are awesome I have had them running non stop since he put them in. I just wanted to send shout out to the team at Lighting Illusions Skygate. Their store is absolutely fabulous. I went in with my son in law to buy fans. Sean who works there was fantastic he took the time and listened to my needs. He helped us narrow down the range after explaining to us the difference between different types of fans motors and blade types and helped me pick one that suited my needs. The new fans push a lot more air compared to my old ones and they are very quiet. If anyone is looking for new fans or lights I recommend going to see these guys.

Great spot to go and do some light shopping. We stumbled across this shop when checking out the other furniture stores and pillow talk in the same parking lot. I was surprised at the price of the lights being so competitive. Shaun was super friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a good deal on our selections of lights and fans for the the entire house. Every time we came in Shaun remembered our order and even when we changed our mind on one selection returning for a refund was smooth and easy. Don’t hesitate to check them out.

Shawn Dowse looked after and helped us for our entire selection across the whole house, his service was amazing, and all deliveries came on time and too plan, we had to change pendants last minute and he found the perfect new pendants to go with the rest of our selection and went out of his way to make it all happen! Terrible experience.my husband ordered sensor lights from this store and, when we arrived to collect them, several days later, the wrong product had been sent as the staff member keyed in the wrong product code and the lights that arrived had no sensors. We were sold a cheaper, alternative product as our electrician had already been booked, and there was no time to re-order. - this was the first problem.
Secondly, at the time of collection of these lights, we also wanted to purchase 2 oyster security lights. Again, none in stock, and had to be brought down from the Sunshine Coast store. Be here by Wednesday they said. Phoned the store Wednesday afternoon as we hadn't been called to say our lights had arrived. Nope, our lights weren't there and no one seemed to know about them. Calls back and forth trying to get our lights in time for the electrician (who had to be booked to re-attend) finally resulted in them being promised to be delivered to the North Lakes store in 2 days. Won't hold my breath. Their service was so disappointing. While the range of lights at this store is very good, it wasn't worth purchasing from them in my opinion. Won't go back there.

Great new lighting shop near DFO and Brisbane Airport. Very big range of lights and fans. Staff were very friendly and approachable.
