Lighting illusions go above and beyond to support clients, they dont try to sell the most expensive fan but advise which would be sittable for a good quality quite fan for our bed room would highly recommend them for quality products.
Great store with knowledgeable staff, but I’m very sorry to hear Monty is no longer allowed in the store. Such a shame - he’s a proper mascot for the store, known to all the regulars. I always tried to visit on Monty Mondays!
I had the pleasure today of speaking to Steaphanie re ordering a couple of ceiling fans to add to the three we purchased last year. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and was even able to give us a little bit more of a discount which of cause is always appreciated. We would definitely recommend Lighting Illusions Kawana for their great service.

Love this store, brilliant stock, and love the staff who are so friendly and go above and beyond to help. I was ALMOST out the front door with my purchase last week, when something else lovely caught my eye and I just had to have it. Five stars for stock and professionalism.

Brought items just under a year ago, at time one of the items was faulty, we had to organise replacement through 3rd party ourselves, as Kawana store would not help. Items are for outdoor use and now faulty, still under warranty as less that a year old. Customer service was ridiculous, would not help told us and told us to sort it out with manufacturer ourselves and stated that would not give refund. Promptly hung up the phone. Service was awful. Just been advised by head office that the store should of handled this themselves as a warranty claim. Extremely lazy staff. Please note if I could give them zero stars, I would have

Contracted Drew at Kawana store, asked for a quote regarding some deck lighting, and it was provided straight away.followed up with a clarification question, and response was provided within 24 hrs. I will be placing my order with them tomorrow.
The staff there were so helpful; awesome people's skills. Couldn't do enough for me. The sales person - Johan was just so helpful.

To state that i was 'Abusive' is nothing but a blatant lie from your staff member. I never raised my voice and never made the staff member feel uncomfortable as my wife was in the office when i made the call. I simply stated that as the selling agent he was obligated to provide a warranty service and not direct me to call your supplier to arrange a warranty service for a product you sold us. I held my ground on this point. Might i add, We have to pay an electrician to fit replacement parts. Yes, it was the quickest way to rectify the problem in his opinion, but not in mine. When i called the wholesaler they stated that they had to call your team for the information on the product which i did not know. This is the very reason I asked him repetitively to handle the warranty claim however he kept telling me how he wanted me to handle it. Maybe next time your staff should listen to the customer and try to assist and we won't be so disappointed. This is not the first issue i have had at this store. Happy to talk about it should you wish to call and sort it.
Have purchased a number of times from Johan and his team at Kawana and simply can’t fault their customer service and excellent advice. A breath of fresh air!
