Purchased a Waikiki fan from James S today and what a man to have in your store. James sold me the fan over the phone and his customer service was the best I have come across for such a long time.

I had a bad experience with this store because I used ZIP to buy 2 fans and I had to return one fan. One fan could not be installed at my place, so I had to return it and get a refund through ZIP. All the staff here are lovely, but they lack training in using ZIP, but they offer it in store. It was a huge mess because they refunded the money back onto my Visa Card, and not theough the app.

Great customer service. Rob dealt with my ceiling fan problem in a very prompt and efficient manner.

Didn’t have a great experience with these guys. Visited the store twice, received conflicting advice both times, with some of the advice clearly lacking confidence. Then spoke to a lady at the store in the phone who asked me to send her an email with photos of my kitchen and then never got a response. Friendly enough people, just not customer focused.
Went to Beacon lighting fortitude valley with the same query, and had an excellent experience with their team all the way through to purchase.

We honestly can't say kind enough words about Joanne. She helped us around 6 months ago pick out lights for our property pre-renovation. Ours is a bit unique for Brisbane (Tudor revival) and Joanne did such a fantastic job in listening to what our vision was and giving amazing suggestions on what would suit our needs.
