Great place to workout. Has all the equipment you need for a quality gym. Friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Good range of equipment but as mentioned by other reviewers, lack of appropriate aircon is an issue in the warmer months. Particularly in the main weights and leg rooms - in the latter there is no airflow or functioning fans in one half of the room.

Owners also not overly receptive to feedback on this.

This place has potential but they cheap out on the air con compared to most gyms. It's more often than not like working out in a sauna. It's a shame because they could probably charge a higher fee if the place was kept a more comfortable temp. Air con is a recurring theme in many of these reviews

Good equipment, clean place and lovely people. It's a big place so doesn't get too crowded. It gets quite hot sometimes and I understand it's a big place to cool down, but I'd be happy to pay an extra $1 per week to help foot the bill to keep it a nice 21 degrees like most gyms.

Was a member until they refused to honour an offer they sent me when attempting to renew my membership. They tried to charge me more by saying the 12 month membership had increased to $549 but IT hadn't changed the website, months later the website still says $499. Emailed my concern to them, however the issue was never resolved. No one likes being lied to.

Recently paid for a 3 day pass for $10 so that I could try the cycle class with Mel. It was a great class, lots of regulars which is always a good sign. How did I know this? Well Mel knew all their names. Staff were really friendly, helpful. The vibe in this gym is probably the friendliest I've seen in a long time. Definitely recommend if you want a down to earth gym

I enjoy all the classes l attend. The staff are all friendly and encourage me to keep up with my fitness journey. Love the early morning start and the introduction of new challenges. (ABT).

The trainers are all amazing, the gym is like my second family. Very supportive environment for all.

The best gym with the most extensive range of equipment, power racks and free weights you’ll ever find. The staff are simply the most awesome and friendly people and management is very responsive to comments and suggestions. Heaps of parking totally brand new change room facilities and always clean and maintained. Can’t say enough about how much I love this place (my second home). And don’t even get me started on value for money - you just can’t beat the value or price anywhere! Not forgetting you will find the best and most experienced PT’s available to you to help you achieve the best version of you!

The best trainers work here, with an excellent choice of classes. They really know how to keep things interesting and keep you motivated and challenged in every class. Also a great variety of equipment to workout 24hrs.

Large gym with lots of great up to date equipment. Staff are awesome and friendly and they also have 4 (maybe more) great personal trainers. Facilities are good. Everyone that goes here that I have encountered are all nice and helpful also.

I recently changed gyms
I wanted to find a gym that was kid friendly with more of a family atmosphere. Well, I found what I was looking for with lifestyle health club. Staff are friendly Tan always greets me with a friendly hello and has known my name from the start. My son always bolts in and absolutely loves it here too, the gym has plenty of equipment and a ladies only section which I appreciate so much that I've achieved more goals at this gym then others. Definitely recommend this gym to all.

I Have been a member of Lifestyles for sometime now. The gym provides a different range of equipment to be used as a beginner to a pro level exercise person. I do find the classes I'm interested in arnt available to me at the times I'm available. Example I enjoy Zumba but is only on one night a week. Body pump class is only available mornings at times I'm at work. Different classes would be great on more evenings. Not just fit45, Tabata and Bike. Love to do step classes of an evening also. Overall though I do love tge facilities.

Solid 24 hr gym, YouTube on the treadmill, never seen that anywhere. Friendly people, good at gaging your personality. Don't try and push things on you, great place to zone out and reset your mind for some me time if that's what you head to the gym for. Whether it's alone time or for all the people out there who prefer a group style atmosphere at the gym, this place could suit you. Any people who struggle motivating themselves I can definitely pick up the trainers here would be encouraging. All types of people from all different walks of life I could imagine feel welcomed here. Has everything you need, great price.

Great facilities they do well to keep everything clean, bit hard to do certain workouts on busy periods though as it is a smaller gym, But easily avoidable by changing what time you decide to go overall I really love this place and is really affordable to!

Love this gym. Awesome staff. A lot of variety of equipment. Lots of classes. Machines are a bit close together/cramped in some areas, otherwise I love this gym!

Lifestyle Springwood is a very good 24/7 facility. It is well managed and serviced by happy and helpful staff. The cardio room is well equipped and layed out and provides a pleasant training ambience due to the rooms glass surround. The sauna is good for relaxation and the brand new showering/change facilities are a great way to end a training session! The resistance training facilities look very comprehensive and well equipped, but I can't comment from experience as I only cardio train. I'm very happy to renew my upfront yearly membership at Lifestyles very competitive and reasonable rate. Thanks for a good years training Lifestyle!

It is the best gym ever. There are many facilities including classes and equipments. I have attended many group sessions. The staff is so friendly and talented. Sasha is my favourite lady and I never missed her class and she is super friendly and lovely.
Unfortunately I left the gym due to my home location.
I will really miss this gym and all the people I know from here️️
