Lifeline Superstore Margate reviews
41Great place to visit every few weeks. Always something different. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
My mother passed away and we had to process her belongings from her flat.
Margate Lifeline made it super easy with large off street parking (off Seal Lane) and friendly staff.
Almost the same as everything else op shoppy.
Yet the staff are chirpy.
The goods are clean.
Sometimes there's some nice weird stuff in the back shed part.
Go for gold!
This shop is great. Clean and well set out the only issue I have is the prices. A lot of the clothes are marked dearer that you would buy them new. Sad that this is happening. If things were cheaper they would have a higher turnover and make a larger profit. There were some good buys though so worth a look.
As far as thrift shops go, this is one to keep on your list! The back half of the store has all the funiture and larger bric brac and is always offering up bargains
Used to be a great op shop but prices are a bit much now. They need to check their prices a bit more. Saw a kids Monster truck for $6, the same one was $3 new in Kmart.
Went there today. Lots of quality stock, extremely well and fair priced items an a very clean, tidy well organised set up. Young girl in front of me didn't have enough $$ to get everything she was after so I paid one of her items for her. Ladies on the front counter were gems! Please guys try to pay it forward if you can. The staff here are fantastic. Your store is a credit to your volunteers.
Not been for a while, won't go again prices gone up so much. Supposed to be second hand goods
This Op Shop is a hidden gem. When you walk in, the front of the store is merchandised beautifully and smells amazing. This store carries new and pre loved clothing, books, home wares, and furniture. Staff are really helpful and will lend a hand with lifting and loading to your car.
Good variety of products, well sorted for easy finding, and kept very clean. Staff helpful.
Great for a browse. Many items for personal or home at cheap prices. Good to see recycling / reusing / repurposing rather than refuse.
More li kik e a department store. Some well priced items. Some items more costly that you'd like to pay. Lots of choice. Huge space. Furniture is a bit costly, I felt.
2nd stop on my Margate Op shop tour. Nice big shop with a big furniture section out the back. I've bought a few different bits and pieces there over time always gets my wallet open.
I Love Coming to this Place. I'm Always going out with Something, Never Leaving Empty Handed.
The Staff are So Polite & Kind. Most of them, Know me Now. Which is fantastic, it's Also, The Place is Well Presented & Clean.
Keep up the Great Work Guys.: 0)
It's meant to be to help the needy but everything is over priced and when you say something to a staff they look at you like you're wanting something for free but that's not the case at all but when you walk into these types of shops you don't expect to be paying the price you would pay for it when you walk into big W or Kmart
Lots to items to choose from electrical, furniture, books etc. Good layout and kept nice and tidy. Prices reasonable.
A wide selection of clothes! Bought 2 dresses at $2 (pink tags) each and a $6 dress.special thank u to debbie with long black hair! Your staff accommodated me with breastfeeding my baby on a very warm day and told me to sit at the chair at the shoes section.just thought it would be nice to have a boyfriend/husband chair so the ladies can go shopping for longer.i often go to opshops and rush through the racks because of the husband-who-has-no-chill.
A great place to get down & look around, there's so much floor space and a big range of items some at bargain prices & some stuff is near new or still in its box. To top it of, A good friendly feeling, positive vibes.
Nice, well presented store, quality products and great prices. What more could you ask for? Oh, good service, of course. A good shopping experience.
