Fabulous gals in this store. So knowledgeable about various items- books, china, niche pieces. Great place to shop!

I was so embarrassed and shocked to be told that my donation could not be accepted after 2pm!
Who would have thought you would be humiliated infront of several customers being told in a rude tone at a charity shop trying to be kind.
Dropped in at the Salvos store just up the road greeted with a smile, hello and thanked for my donation.more the kind of reception one would expect. Thanks Salvos

If you had the bum out of your pants then I would likely avoid shopping here. We have shopped in op shops all over Australia looking for books to read during our travels plus trying to pick up a bargain for which these types of store were initially set up for by selling quality donated good of all types. To pay up to and some over $7.00 for a book is far to expensive when you can go to the markets and buy them for as little a $2.00. I will look at shopping at the markets for future purchases.

They have a variety of stock at reasonable prices.
I had great fun buying Dvds on the weekend as they had a sale on.
Fill a shopping basket of Dvds for $10. Very clean shop. Great customer service and plenty of parking.

Very enjoyable experience, great staff and some very elegant furniture, will be back again.

We were looking for several items and not sure that they would be here. We were surprised by the quality and amount of stock I couldn't see a Cd/Dvd head cleaner so I asked one of the staff who was sure she saw one out the back of the store which it was so I bought it" grinner winner"

Good location, great friendly staff but pricing for some items quite high. I understand it's supporting a charity but some are just a little high. Otherwise decent range.

Got everything and a lot of new stuff that would great for Xmas presents, o and helping a good cause

Have always been having good experience here. All staff are amazing and friendly. Pricing does not make sense for some items tho.

This was our first visit to Lifeline Shop Bokarina. Very large store with plenty of room to browse and ponder. The man at the door greeted us he was polite and cheerful. The prices were reasonable here.

Prices have gone down, and the girls said they preferred to turn over more stock and have kept them down. Got soMe awesome red suede

I drove a long way to drop off clean washed rolled clothes. Two bags full and they wouldn't take them because they were short staffed that day. I noticed other people left the bags out the front in frustration.
You have to wonder why it is so difficult to get volunteers when people need social interaction or to claim centreline.

Fairly decent op shop but they tend to bump the prices of things up during the holidays I've noticed

Went to drop off some donations and had a peek instore. Wow! Bargains to gained. We will be back.

They do have a great selection.

Had a ball. Really nice, friendly staff that didn't mind having to open up cabinets for us to look at stock. Huge variety of second hand items. Loved it here and will be back.

Seriously. They don't seem to know what they're pricing. Some great stuff is furtually thrown out while othe, less valuable is overpriced. Go figure.

Lovely store that was clean and tidy. Scored a pair of leather heels for $15. The ladies working there were very lovely. Will visit again
