Levi's Store - Chermside

Sent two pairs of Jeans for alterations. They are $15 each. The quality of the stitching is very bad, even Uniqlo’s free alterations has better quality.

I came here yesterday and was served by the most amazing sales person. She was very helpful and helped me find jeans the suited me!

I had Bianca to assist me. What an amazing lady! All the other staff were also really lovely and have a great vibe. The service was incredible. 110% recommend and I will be going back:)

Amazing service by Bec! Polite, friendly extremely helpful and tailored to my needs (my fitment isn’t easy). Was genuine and made my purchase easy to get from chermside over the rest of Brisbane. Store was tidy and clean with enough stock. I ended up purchasing 3 pairs instead of one.

Had my jeans hem alteration at here, the quality is not expected. The stitches are much higher than the original hem, looks awkward. However, the staff are friendly.

Grace helped me find some jeans tonight and I had a really good experience. I always have trouble finding good fitting jeans but Grace welcomed me in and treated me like I was an old friend, she encouraged me to try so many different options including tops and everything seemed to fit really well. Her product knowledge was impressive. You should be really proud to have someone like her on your team. Thank you

The young girl who served me was amazing! I didn’t grab her name but she had brown hair and was kinda short (not really, just shorter then the other girl working).
She assisted me throughout my whole visits as soon as I walked into the store, and felt like I had my own personal stylist.

She came to check on me between every garment I tried, to make sure I was happy with the sizing, fit and style. She would pick up when I was unsure of something and then choose something else out. And even though she was helping out other customers, I barely noticed.
Definitely one of the best experience I ever had in a clothing store and will be back because of her. Great asset to the store!

Gorgeous staff. If you purchase your Levi's from Levi's Australia online, staff willingly accept returns and exchanges as long as you keep your paperwork and labels etc on the articles. I find it helps to have a good idea about you want by researching from the Levi's store online beforehand but the staff will give you help in styling anyway. Love this store.

After quiet a few full days going from store to store trying to find new jeans, hubby told me to try Levi's.

I went in with a VERY specific list of what I was after.

Lachie and Dennon were absolutely fantastic in not only thinking outside the box, but in making sure the jeans actually fit properly. They took the time and effort to make sure I was 100% happy which is very rare nowadays.

The price was much less than I expected but the experience was priceless.

Cannot recommend enough!

Planning on continuing my usual quick glance and speedy shop, the vibrant faces and warm greetings of Lachy, Thea, and Mahalia, both drew and kept me within Levi’s chermside for far longer than I ever would have expected. My near hour spent in this store has been one of absolute pleasure. The staff should all be praised for going above and beyond and each being genuinely lovely people.
