Cam the manager went above and beyond with his customer service with me today.
This is why I only shop for my jeans here. Thanks again Cam

Jacinda and Chloe provided exceptional customer service to my sister and I. They went above and beyond to help. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, you make an amazing team.

Jacinda and her staff were first class in helping me source clothing that fits my large body.
They went out of the way and tried there very best to fit me out.
I went in looking to purchase one pair of jeans and came out with more jeans and jackets and t shirts.
In a nutshell they made me a very happy auld mannie yesterday and if made me feel 10 years younger
So kudos all round to Jacinda and her team at the Levi’s store DFO Brisbane Airport

Jacinda was a wonderful help today. She made me feel very welcome in store. Despite my feeling old and self conscious, she found me a lovely, comfortable pair of jeans. Thanks so much.

Spent some time trying to find the right size jeans. 3 staff members just stood in the corner chatting, not helping any customers at all. I was prepared to purchase several new pairs of jeans, shorts, and tops but walked out after receiving zero customer service. Monday 28/11/22 about 320pm

Cindy, the store manager, you are awesome. Thank you for helping me to exchange the product even when I was unable to adhere to the exchange rules and policies.

Most horrible experience I had this afternoon at 4pm, first shop in dfo that ruined my shopping experience! Very rude man behind the counter, I will never forget how rude you are to me when I was nothing but nice and giving you big smiles! Me and my friends won’t be going back!

To be honest the customer service of this store is very bad. I wanted to change one shirt but unfortunately I lost the receipt and one of the staffs told me that it could not be possible because I might have taken it from the shelve. So disappointed. I strongly don’t recommend this store.

Purchased black denim pants, realised its a faulty item as one leg was about 5cms shorter than the other side. Brought it back to the store, the male manager wasn't happy that I asked for a refund as it's a faulty item, he passive aggressively processed it and said "I don't see it as faulty"

Well first of all, good customer service, I did not ask for your opinion.

Second, I was not being rude like he was the whole time I was being served.

Third, no apologies for the inconvenience

Fourth, if you aren't happy to deal with a nice customer asking for what they are entitled to, maybe retail isn't for you

Two start rating as I got the refund but absolutely zero start for the way they treated me

A few weeks back I brought my first pair of Levi’s best thing I have ever done. The service I received from one of your young staff sorry forgot her name was the epitome of what customer service should be! This young lady it maybe nel? Sorry but very young but from the service she gave she needs to be acknowledged! So thank you sometimes when you walk into a shop and your of darker complexion you sometimes tend to either be ignored or watched carefully but this young lady made my experience amazing! So thank you there needs to be more people like you in the industry.

Needed to exchange a pair of jeans due to faulty zip - staff member unable to advise over the phone if they had any in stock. Had to speak to her manager and then was 'really really busy' and would 'maybe be able' to get back to me later.so do I drive 1.5hrs to find they have none in stock because staff member was too 'really really busy' to take my call? !

I spent about 45 minutes in store today 22 April trying on a stack of jeans before purchasing 3 pairs.

I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. One young lady in particular, I wish I had noted her name, nothing was too difficult. Making suggestions, hunting for sizes, back and forth.
The other young lady who processed the payment was also very friendly and helpful.
I can't recall the last time I had such a good retail experience. Please reward and retain these excellent staff members.

I just had to write this review and thank your staff member OLIVIA who helped my partner and I today to both choose new jeans. Her knowledge and willingness to assist was outstanding, especially to us “older” people. She could not do enough to assist us. Well done Olivia.you are a real asset to the store and we will not hesitate to return when we need to purchase more.

The staff working on Thursday 2nd of September went above and beyond to help my brother-in-law with his whole outfit including shorts, a button up shirt and a t-shirt that all looked fantastic together. We were talking him shopping for his birthday and he was over the moon with his new clothes. We appreciate all your help!
