Lady tested my kids eyes and made it sound so we were forced to get the glasses. Then we tried another 2 optometrists to find out her eyes were perfectly fine. Then they tried to blame us for not listening carefully.

A highly recommended Optometrist with arguably the most pleasant customer care you are likely to find ever. Lost my glasses on a ride, I came running late (5: 15pm) and Kim was beyond helpful and insightful, and stayed behind past closing hours to assit my specific needs. She also gave me a free hearing test while I waited. Which was also fantastic. Eager to return back!

The optometrist Joy Chen was very pleasant and professional. The manager was also accommodating. Recommended. I also go to Bailey Nelson but this optometrist was more helpful today

Dropped by the shop to present a pair of nice Maui Jims sunglasses that had one cracked lens: (Was informed a "standard" cost of lens replacement was available, and considering the cost of total sunglass replacement - Was a "no brainer" to leave for repair. Two weeks later the glasses were ready for pick up. Not only were the lenses replaced, but the frames also at no extra charge. Virtually a new pair of sunglasses!
Thank you to both Maui Jim as well as to Kim and the team at Lens Pro Garden City, and I'll have no hesitation in recommending you to friends, family and colleagues in the future.

The team went out of there way to provide fast and professional service. I got 3 difficult prescriptions filled in record time with difficult-to-source lenses and had my glasses in no time. In the past, other places have taken weeks, but they came through with the goods in a couple of days. I was very impressed and so pleased to get my prescriptions right for once!

BEWARE! Store Closed! They don't open the store to keep appointments!

I turned up to the store 5 minutes early for my booked-in appointment at Thursday 10: 30am today to find the store completely closed and all the lights off. No sign out the front, nothing.

I spoke to the Information Counter at Westfield Garden City (the woman was called Sonia who WAS very good) who to her credit tried to no avail to contact someone from the store to find out what happened. She said that it was very bad that even they (Centre Management) had not been contacted by the store owner. She was worried about other customers who might turn up.

I waited a further twenty minutes while Sonia continued to locate a store person and still the store remained closed. I gave up in the end.

This is very disappointing considering there was no text, email or message otherwise notifying me that the store would open late or not at all. Poor customer service.

I have made a new booking at another optometrist and will not be recommending Lenspro at Garden City to anyone. They seem very unreliable and understaffed if they can't even be bothered to notify Centre Management or their appointments to advise that the store is closed.

The service here is amazing! Genuine, professional opinions, no up-selling, just really wonderful service. They have such a great range of frames- very different to other “cookie-cutter” chain stores. Sales assistant, Kim, went above and beyond to help me find, fit and follow-up with my perfect frame. Will most definitely be going back to this store where you can find beautiful, unique frames with friendly, no-B. S, exceptional service. 10/10

I have been a customer of this store for 8 years and service has consistently been amazing. All staff there are attentive and willing to listen to any concerns you have and always offer sound advice. My recent problem with my glasses (a medical condition i have) i presented to Kim was efficiently dealt with and i had a great outcome. Thanks Kim. Would highly recommend this store.

Awesome service at this place every time we visit. Great staff and always helpful. I have Keratoconus so I appreciated the advice given to me from the optometrist. Will continue to use these guys based on their knowledge and after service support.

Hannah (the optometrist) was very professional, efficient and thorough with her examinations. Best optometrist in Brisbane! Won’t hesitate to recommend her. The receptionist also was very patient and helpful.

My glasses were not able to be repaired by the optometrists in garden city, however Izy was able to fix them with no troubles at all. Wonderful service and a friendly environment. Definitely worth it!

Fantastic company and staff to deal with right from walking in and getting an eye test, then picking glasses followed bye after sales service.

I had a minor problem that they were more than happy to fix then had a major issue that I created but again was no problem for them to help me with.

This place definitely deserved to be a 5-star rated optometrist. They basically got everything. From friendly staff to fixing your broken frame. Since I live in CBD, i would definitely drive over 20km to go here to fix my glasses.
