Lenard's Chicken - Stockland Townsville Kmart reviews
6Regan delivered all the chicken that was ordered. Great to receive it in the cold store bags. Was able to answer my gluten free questions. Good to see ingredient lists on the website. Thank you.
Rude staff, supply and variety of chicken is poor, what's with a chicken specialty shop doing not selling whole chicken
Edit - I'm super pleased to see the staff attentively working out the front now and yes I did see that shiny new bell.
Cheers to you for fixing the issue:)

Unlike your employees, a bell isn't hard to find.
Considering I've walked away from your store several times due to people fumbling around out the back and neglecting to serve.
It might pay to stick a bell on the counter cause I don't feel I need to call out to get their attention.
Love standing at the counter for 10 or so minutes and being ignored by the staff behind the counter who are too busy cleaning to serve customers. Not impressed by the "service".
Watched 3 groups of customers go unattended and leave the store due to lack of staff service. Well done invest in a bell or something so your staff know someone is waiting.
I bought 2 Chicken Kiev from Leonards at K-Mart on Saturday, the 11th of September, i took them out of the fridge to cook them for dinner tonight (Monday) and they were off. I rang Lenards and spoke to Connor and he said to bring them back, which I did. He smelt them and said, yes they are definitely off. I asked him when would they have been made, and he said they would have been made last Thursday. So they were 2 days old when I bought them. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Now im wondering who else bought this product from your shop on Saturday and unfortunately ate it.
Theres a blonde older lady there who’s very knowledgable, friendly and helpful, her customer service is excellent which is why i travel 20km to go to this one.
