LEGO Certified Store, Westfield Chermside

Great store - not as much stock over Christmas as would have liked. The staff are always friendly and helpful, except for the big guy with curly black hair who never leaves the register. He is very rude and unhelpful. Will not buy my Lego if he is behind the counter. Otherwise 5 stars!

The store was busy but the staff were working hard. The range is impressive. My daughter had a great time in the store.

Went to the Lego store this weekend and was served by the amazing Don. I’ve been to the Chermside store a couple of times, he is always so passionate and knowledgeable about every set. Don’s personable and enthusiastic customer service is rare to come these days and every time I pop by I know I will see a welcoming face if he’s there!

Helpful staff, able to get lego sets not available elsewhere, AND able to pick Lego pieces for our mini brick pit!

Nice store. Filled 2 large containers from the brick wall. Sign said 50% off the 2nd container. Took me ages but finally had what I wanted.
At the counter the guy scaned and price seemed to high.
I asked about the advertised discount. Told it ended on the weekend. They still had a sign up. Refused to honor it and suggested I put all the bits back if I didn't want them.yeah nah. You sort them out and I left.

I expected to see sets that i wouldn't be able to get anywhere else but there wasn't really that much and their stuff is overpriced. Sadly, it was a bit of an underwhelming experience. I've seen so much better variety at airports and even Toyworld.

Ahh yes the lego store one of my favorite childhood dream places that I grew up with! Whenever I go into the lego store I love the creativity kids and adults make and staff are always caring for their customers and making sure they are looking for the one they want love the work guys!

Excellent place to shop. Had the Lego sets I was looking for. Friendly staff and prices are expected, Afterall it's Lego.

They are always always happy and smiling it is so great. When I had an issue with a set I brought it in and a lovely young staff member I think her name was Abigail helped me figure it out in 2 seconds.

I will always come back to this store again and and again.

Continually saying "this will arrive next week" when it never arrives after 4 attempts, is just a pain in the a*** for the customer.

Not being able to place an order, or even transfer items between two stores in the same region, makes it even more painful.

So sad, I always bought the Lego from your store from your store opened. I live at south side so I pick up my order every time will be after two weeks or more. This time I make the order from 28th of December, then your staff confirmed my order at 29th December, after that have two day public holidays. I fully paid already, how come I went to your shop on 9th January, your staff said my order just cancelled at the morning on 9th January. Then I asked your staff I really hard to go to your store, can I take my order, I just late a few hours, but he still say no and ask me if you still want your Lego, you just buy again but no my Boxing Day special. I buy a lot from yours and many years but your staff didn’t help me and canceled my order because a few hours.

A relatively small store with really pleasant staff, we bought some Christmas presents and the day we were there they had a child pee on the ground and a slurpee dropped on the ground and they were champions about it and were still chipper while putting through my order, I would not have been as chill! I don’t like Westfields but it’s worth putting up with Westfield to visit this store! Also it was really nice to see some of the huge set already assembled in person

Shop at target or Kmart they will have cheaper prices, don’t get caught in the hype just because it’s an official Lego store. They will only do a in store credit if you need to do a return not good if your from another state or find a product cheaper elsewhere. Will not shop there or in another Lego store again

Friendly staff, many products, there are slight differences between online shopping and brick-and-mortar stores. In addition, we remind you that the store can buy key rings with an engraved name, and there are also products sold exclusively by the store. I really like it here.

The click and collect feature is just brilliant. They hold more stock than the other stores and I was able to obtain new sets all at once without back order. Courteous staff and helpful, Only thing is I wish they had a better selection on the brick wall. But for service 10 out of 10 guys

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable customer service. We drove up from the other side of town and made it in by the skin of our teeth before closing time. The sales people were lovely, accomodating and patient. Thank you!

Some amazing lego pieces and displays. A larger variety of lego than in a department store. So good. If I could I would collect it all lol.

Lego is great but the service is awful. They never pick up there phone and never call back

Amazing, if you haven't been to a Lego store before you absolutely must go and make a Minifigure of yourself.
