LeGassick are amazing - I took a watch there some years ago to have the battery changed - they advised that it wasnt a battery it was the watch - they didnt charge me - its that tiny service that really impressed me! From then on I have always used them, the service is amazing, I have been blessed to have them make a couple of rings that I love and added bonus of repairs and cleaning come with anything that comes from the shop for the life of the piece! Awful experience at the Pacific Fair store. We were talked down to and not given the time of day from the sales representative, from the get go, kept asking if we were actually going to buy anything. We were ready to buy a ring yesterday but left as there was no way we were going to give business to a store that gives such awful and degrading customer service. Shame on your staff, do better.

Walking past the LeGassick window it’s obvious they have the most stunning jewellery on the Coast but what surprised me was the amazing customer service I got from Kenton and Renee in store. I was initially nervous about getting a custom piece designed but they made the whole process effortless. The were genuine to deal with, took the time to make sure I was happy with everything, communication was great, they kept to the budget we set and Renee is honestly the most amazing master jeweller I couldn’t be happier with what she produced. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Katie and the team at LeGassick are incredible. You really are in safe hands with them and that’s so important when you have sentimental jewellery. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Katie is such an asset to the team and the company too, thank you so much.

I use to have 5 stars on here.was very happy with the ring at first. The service at purchase was 5 star and initially elated. After time the white gold started to go yellow on most of the ring. It did get replaced after dealing with Le Gassick so that was good service. I was told however it was getting 're built' but then got it and the diamonds were different and found out it had been just replaced. Not sure how that works with the valuation on the original ring. But after dealing with it, I was over it. Replacing it made the ring feel a bit mass produced and didn't give me the confidence it wouldn't happen again. I've been hesitant to wear the ring daily again. Recently I started to wear it daily again, as it was the purpose.the ring has started to go yellow again underneath. Disappointed is an understatement. Especially for a $5k ring (on sale). To note, my engagement and wedding rings are both white gold and have never discoloured and I have never had them replated. So I question the quality of the white gold on my Le Gassick ring.

Amazing place to buy gifts for my wife and daughters. Renee is a master of the craft and I would strongly recommend sitting with her for your next purchase.

Entered today to look at diamond earrings, had two store people approach from the front and behind and then the continued bombardment and unable to actually look and take time to see. It was so off putting you successfully chased us out of the shop.

Myself and my wife have come to Renee on 3 occasions now to work on pieces.we have even bought our own stones for a couple of the rings. Each time Renee has brought her knowledge, skill and expertise into all aspects of the process & exceeded expectations.
