Very disappointed.

I’ve been ordering custom touch football singlets from Lee every year since 2020. The first year dealing with him was great - singlets were of high quality and he was able to get them to us quickly. Second year was not as good - we were charged a higher price (which is expected) but the products came and they did not match the size guide provided nor were they the same quality and colour as the ones we had received the year before. Noting that half the team had mismatched and wrong sized singlets, we decided to reorder them again this year. Once again price had gone up. Lee gave us no consideration to the fact that we were re-ordering the singlets due to the sizing distortions the previous year - which was their mistake not ours. I corresponded with Lee via phone and email, sent him all details and then after weeks of asking for the invoice and confirmation of the order he completed ghosted me. We wasted 4 weeks of mucking about trying to get singlets (which we needed in a quick turnaround time) for him to just not reply at the end.

I wish I had gone with another manufacturer - now we don’t have singlets for the team and the season has started so not enough time to get some made by someone else. No loyalty to returning customers. I will never be using LB4 again.

Poor goods and services. Delivery not in time. Wish hadn’t deal with them.

The website is professionally done. Australian owned company, however goods are manufactured in Pakistan. Only found out after calling and emailing various times and to be told delayed delivery from overseas in Pakistan.

No business address. Just a mobile number. Email and 1300 number.

Communication was good until I put in an order and made payment.

After which I emailed about 15-20 times to get delivery status with little response.

Website states 5 week delivery but I received my goods after 2.5 months.

Design and colour different from final art work.

Business finally agreed to provide new trousers which we have received now. Updating 1 star to 3 star.

Very professional hassle free experience totally recommend Lee and his team

After previous experiences with suppliers whose products did not live up to our expectations, we went to Lee and his team at LB4 Sports. LB4 designed and supplied a new lightweight playing kit for our entire senior and junior teams promptly and we’ve found them to be of excellent quality.
