Now have my second Laurastar Brisbane iron and just loved the friendly service and quality of product. My friend said why would you pay that for an iron - can I say after 13 years and still going I’ve spent less on time, effort, product and all for a superior product and my clothes love me for it! A+ To Jason and Ally for their service, passion, and knowledge of a product they believe in.

A very positive experience dealing with Jason. Jason was very friendly, down-to-earth and extremely helpful. He was great with advice and assistance. He is a credit to your company with his approach to customer service and assistance. A keeper for Laurastar!

The advice I got from Laurastar at the Brisbane store was wonderful. So great to see the product, and give it a go before purchase. I highly recommend them, and I’m 10/10 happy with my new iron system. Well worth the investment.

Experienced a small issue on a new unit. The back up service I received was fantastic. Contacted the number on the website. The staff were great to deal with and resolved the issue straight away. Love the product and would recommend. Thanks Karen and Jaason For your help.

If you are thinking about a steam appliance I recommend you pop into the store as the team go beyond to demonstrate & assist you with all questions. Amazing service from Jason & Karen. Could not have been more helpful. I had an issue with my ironing motor, Jason suggested I bring it in or courier and he’d have a look at problem. One week later all fixed and today a call from Karen to say it’s being couriered to Noosa, saving us a trip to Brisbane. How refreshing to have such positive and supportive service. So very much appreciated.

Karen and Jase at Cannon Hill are absolutely amazing, patient, helpful, fun, knowledgeable and more. Cannot help you enough and it wasn't about getting the Sale. Can't thank them enough. I walked in stressed out of my mind walked out feeling relieved. If you want an awesome machine with amazing customer service, they are the ones to speak to.

Iv'e had excellent service for the last 10 years. Staff (at Cannon Hill) are very friendly and have gone above and beyond regarding customer satisfaction. I highly recommend.

I recently had my Laurastar iron repaired at the Laurastar office in Cannon Hill, Brisbane. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. The staff were friendly and skilled and the service was brilliant. Every question was answered, every interaction friendly, speedy and efficient. Thank you Karen and Jason!

My iron was not steaming and leaving water on my clothes, rang to see what the wait time was, ended up bringing it in a day earlier (eg Wednesday afternoon). Asked if it were possible to have it back by Friday as I can't get by without my Laurastar. Coorparoo were very accommodating, sent through quote couple of other things wrong, all fixed by Friday - purchased a new iron cover as well. Very accommodating staff and service, thank you my iron is like brand new again. If you haven't ironed with a Laurastar you do not know what you are missing!

Great service from the 2 ladies at laurastar Cannon Hill, Carolyn and Karen and great service from Annie, Laurastar Melbourne. These girls are caring and great follow ups. I have problems with the 3 Mobile cloth lines that I bought. The ladies have no hesitation to refund all the money back. I get the money in 2 days. So very prompt service. Thank you.

Servicing and repairs are through the roof. I dont think they are honest. My iron has now cost me $900 in 12mths. Just not exceptable. Take it in for one problem and they reckon it has to have a myriad of repairs done to it.
Not happy. Next time i think it will be cheaper to send to NSW.
And anyway why should a product that costs so much in the first place end up costing so much in repairs
