Good fun for the kids, Arcade games are very dated from 20 years ago but staff member was happy and helpful. Can only get better

The actual place and price is brilliant. Unfortunately the place is in a BOGAN area with lots of BOGAN people who are abusive! Would never go back to this place ONLY because if the type of customers that go their!

They were so accommodation for our youth group! Great staff and fabulous service. I could not recommend this venue high enough for any event you're planning on having!

Fantastic Venue for kids parties or general fun for kids (and adults). Currently at our little guys 10th birthday here and all kids are having the best time. Beats a home party anytime! No hassle with clean up or boys being boys. Well worth the money! Dodgems, old school gamers and new machines with tickets + laser. 2hrs for $25 on school days! Awesome. Can't recommend enough!

Lazer tag was good fun! A few times our guns didnt log the "kills" and had errors but they fixed it for the next round. We had 3 turns over the 2 hours. Would be better if you could go just for lazer tag

Bumper cars were fun. The arcade games were a little scarce. When its super busy there isnt much to go around. Alot were paid ones which is fine on a 2 hr deal but with so little "free" the credit went quickly.

The ticket prizes were ok however its all just cheapy things so theres not much to work towards.

There were a few birthdays on but they didnt really interfere with us going.

The train ride isnt going due to covid.

Overall was really fun but as the name suggests its main attraction is the lazer tag.

First time at lazerzone. It was a nice experience for laser tag. It's nice to go once in a while. I think it's a bit expensive considering the short time of Lazertag seccions. And the games room.not much to do for kids younger that 7yrs. The games are a bit hard for kids to use. But after all it was a good experience.

The lasertag is great but the centre is very noisy so it's hard to hear when it's your turn to play, and no screen with upcoming matches to get around this. We weren't the only group that missed games because of this. The cards didn't always scan properly for the arcade games either so it was a bit disappointing overall. It's fine for kids parties but adult players will have a much better time elsewhere.

Luv me laser tag i do can't git them youngsters me old knees dont move that fast one games enough for me look forward to a big bowl of hot chips with tamata sauce when ive finished

I'd like to give a shout out to Mitch who was extremely pleasant, enthusiastic and accommodating in more ways than one. Although we ran into a few issues with the little one he made the experience worth it. Definitely coming back when he's more suited to enjoy the laser tag experience.

Loads of fun, kids have a ball here. Reasonably priced. Lots of seating for the parents to relax in they don't want to join in on the fun

I won a free family pass on Facebook and we used it today. The kids and I had a fantastic time, the staff were all lovely, very friendly and very accommodating, holding my bag behind the counter each time so I could play. They will be talking about this day for a very long time. We had so much fun. Thank you Laserzone, we will definitely be back

What a great experience! We booked my sons birthday here, and due to a couple of little issues along the way had to have a talk to the staff to assist us.they went above and beyond, sorting our issues quickly and in a professional manner.

The lad behind the counter with the curly hair is EXACTLY what an employer should look for when it comes to customer service, well done we will be back again soon!

We booked my son's 9th birthday party there. Everything went well, kids had a great time. We are definitely coming again!

Its a very family friendly place. Good for kids. Junior league is a sport for kids up till 16 years of age that they do for a really good price.

Great for kids parties, really good value and friendly helpful staff. The arcade area is surprisingly good and even has dodgem cars. For parties kids get 2 games of laser tag and free arcade games for the duration.

Had my sons birthday party here. Was the best party ever. Everyone enjoyed it. Laser zone team was very organized, and flexible. I would recommend this place to anyone who want to have a good time.

Wow what a great time the kids had. Thought I'd be going back and the kids would have had enough and be ready to go. Took me 35 mins to drag them out!

Greatest time ever! Fun for both kids and adults. Very kind and bubbly staff, and watching them deal with my tribe getting one lolly at a time, they are the most patient people in the world. Heaps of arcades and the best dodgem I've ever been on. 10/10 would recommend.
