These guys are absolute legends! We had my son’s birthday party (Fynn) there this afternoon. The kids all have special needs and one of the kids was having so much fun he refused to leave the laser tag game. With his carers assisting to try and get him to finish his turn. This took sometime, the staff were all cool as cucumbers, very patient, understanding and just amazing. Your managers should be stoked to have you all as part of their team. Just awesome! Thank you again

Went to my nephew's party here recently and couldn't be more impressed with the service and the generosity of the staff.

Fun place games to play in the downtime and overall a good playing experience I would recommend.

My teenage kids instructed me to give Lazerzone a 5 star rating, and I think it's justified. I payed $30 for a two hour session (per teenager) and they got a lot of laser tag game time in, rotating on and off in 15 min (approx) intervals. We'll be back if we are in town.

We had my daughters birthday party there yesterday and it was brilliant! The staff were amazing and kids and adults loved every minute from the laser game to the arcade machines. They allowed us to bring our own food and had a large table for us. Was a very positive experience and will be back for sure! The birthday girl was definitely worn out last night! Thanks again guys!

The staff here are amazing! Friendly, helpful and were wonderful with my kids. They are very helpful. The arcade style games in the main area help keep the kids entertained between laser games.

I highly recommend this beautiful family venue! We had such a wonderful experience The staff were extremely polite and patient considering how busy it was. I also had paid for my 5y/0 to play 4 games of tag, She only played 1.so a beautiful staff member came and gave me 2 free passes and extra tokens to compensate us, and she spoke so compassionately to my daughter about her experience and encouraged her to give it another go with the passes I have to be honest.you just don't get service like that any more. 100% customer service.this company gets how to keep customers coming back.well done team! Laser Zone Sunshine coast was a great time with the boys, service was impeccable, tell Astrid she's was a legend, she needs a raise

Friends and I had plenty of fun. Astrid Williams needs a payrise. She’s very cool. Joey is also very cool.

I drove an hour here for the virtual reality just to be denied because: "ItS cOmPaNy PoLiCy ThAt OnLy 12 AnD uP cAn UsE vR" by the thing at the counter. It says SUITABLE for ages 12 and up not ONLY.

Great place to take the kids from I'd say 6-7 and up. They cater for party's and are really good with the kids. My 7 yo boy just went there for a party and he had a blast. Will definitely go again.
