LaserFun hosted our son's 8th birthday party? The crew and facilities were awesome! Kids had a great time, and parents remained stress-free. Ty, the manager, made sure everything went smoothly. Recommend for a great time.

Understaffed, under organised and unprofessional would all be an understatement.
PURCHASED a membership card nearly 30 minutes before our session for the counter person to say he’ll run it over to us. Ended up having to chase him up for our cards because they were so unorganised. By the time we got our cards it literally cut into our session time which also meant we missed all the instructions for the game. First time laser tagging and had no idea what I was doing. Out of interest and sympathy I ended up asking if they needed staff because I could see they were struggling, I got told to talk to the “manager” for him to blatantly say no and say sarcastically, “does this look like a good time? ”.
I had tried to ignore all of their red flags until the manager talked down to me as if I wasn’t a customer. I am so so disappointed.

Really nice time every time we visit. The guys that work there are so personable and go out of their way to be helpful.

Laserfun is incredible value for money! I attended with a group of friends for a teambuilding exercise and not only did it provide the opportunity to build competitive bonds, but it was SO much fun. There was the capacity for parents and family to sit inside as well as enjoy a number of arcade games. Kind and knowledgeable staff made for a great (and safe) night out. 10/10 would recommend.

On arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Facilities were nice and clean. Clear instructions were given for operation of equipment and loads of fun was had by all involved! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

What a great place to bring the family, the new owner Peter and his family could not be more accommodating, genuinely nice people all round. I cannot recommend this venue or the owner/staff highly enough, get behind them and support a great local business

Last weekend we had young man Tom looking after our group. For such a young man I was very impressed with his services and patience towards our group. I have been there many times before and not always been happy with the service but Tom was great and provided noticeably improved standards.

Came here for a children's party. Relatively quiet place for parents to have a coffee and chat while the kids were playing laser tag. They also have laser maze and arcade type games which cost extra and give you tickets which you can trade for small prizes. Coffees were good. Pizza you pay for with the party is from Dominos. Kids had a good time. What is provided is basic tables and chairs. If you want the party to look nice, I suggest bringing table clothes, some decorations, plates, cups, napkins and utensils.

Highly recommend this place for parties with the party session, with the the laser maze the arcade games and just a normal games in general I highly recommend. This place it's so much fun the prices are very reasonable just so overall great place lots of fun.

Surprisingly good, staff were friendly and kept with the theme of the night well. Not usually a fan of these things but definitely will be back

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. HAD A BIRTHDAY BOOKING AND THE MANAGER WAS RUDE THE PARTY BAGS HAD 4 MENTOS IN IT, NO PLATES OR CUTLERY FOR CAKE. NO DRINKS, COMPLAINED WHEN WE ASKED FOR WATER FOR THE CHILDREN. OVERALL WASTE OF MONEY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We went along with pretty low expectations and had the best time. The course, staff and overall experience was far above expectations. Highly recommend.

Awesome fun. Great staff. We were on holidays in Cairns and decided to do laser tag. Was a great experience for all involved. Would definitely recommend Laserfun.

My kids begged me to take them to play and I had to play with them, well…. I finally gave in & yes me, old fella, had the time of my life - it was so much fun
We went back again, this time we took mum as well and had even more fun. We went with the flow and allowed the random team selections take place - this just upped the fun gauge.
If you seriously want some exercise and a really good laugh with the family or friends, then go give this a crack! Fun!

Great birthday party venue. Lots of space, room for kids to run and be kids. Fun for the adults too

Laserfun is now Ice skating.great place to cool down and watch people fall over.lol. Have already booked a birthday party for my child.

It was worth it because you get 6 or 7 games for 25 dollars but i suggest you go with your friends and reserve it for you and your friends. Because I took my grandchildren and they didn't like playing zombies and it was all because two little girls were complaining about playing a different mode.

We enjoyed that laserfun with my kids. Facilities are great and friendly staffs.
There is something here for everyone!
