My laser therapist Georgia made me feel comfortable and was excellent to be treated by.very professional and will definitely coming back for more treatments by her.

The girls that work at this branch are absolutely amazing! The toxic workplace is not on the other hand. I left due to my mental health declining dramatically due to workplace bullying and poor clinic culture/issues not being addressed. The long hours and the amount of tasks you are required to do on a daily basis isn't right. Not to mention the 30minute lunch breaks for a 12-13 hour shift, if you're lucky not to run through your lunch break. Just be warned, if you are applying to work in this branch, they only care about making money, and not their staffs mental or physical health.

A huge shoutout to Kiona:) she is just amazing. I had 6 sessions of facial hair removal from different ladies at this clinic, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. However, after taking sessions from Kiona, I noticed a dramatic change in the facial hair. Now, I am getting laser sessions on my arms and legs as well (and adding more areas), and I am noticing incredible results. A big thanks to Kiona for making me feel so much more confident in myself. She actually spends time on you, making sure she don’t skip any area and she never rushed the sessions with me (even when I have longer ones now). I enjoyed every single session with her, she is a great communicator, and an asset to this clinic. Her customer service skills are just perfect. And she is really good at her job. I will definitely recommend her to everyone.

3rd session in with laser and already noticing a huge difference with my leg hair. Highly recommend and worth the trip here.

Staff are very rude. Was having a discussion with the manager and one of the staff was trying not to laugh. I said to the manager, in front of her, you should really look at the behaviour of your staff because it's really rude that your staff is laughing. The laughing staff member then said she was laughing at something on the computer in a very rude way. I'm not sure what's so hilarious about an appointment Book.

I had few treatments left on my account, they said it already expired and they rung me to let me know. I never received any call, not sure why would call once and won't email or text customers when customers don't answer calls. The lady I spoke to didn't seem to care at all, just said 'it already expired and we called to let you know'. I emailed head office, they advised me to email store directly.just wasted my money and time

Bobby is amazing. She is always so welcoming and has a positive and happy energy. She is professional and always makes me feel comfortable when I visit. Definitely recommend this laser clinic!

Very rude staff specially at reception. We purchased packaged for our daughter but after one visit, staff behaviour was very rude. After our complain, first they book our second visit and when we came for treatment, the lady at reception told us that she can not proceed our treatment and she will refund. Her behaviour was very unprofessional and when my wife complained about their behaviour she straightforwardly ask my wife to get out of clinic. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have to say this was worse experience I had ever since I had all of my treatments in this garden city clinic. The day I checked in my appointment and then I went to buy coffee and wait for my appointment in front of clinic lounge, to be honest when I entered, she saw me. Then I went inside five minuets before my treatment, my appointment supposed at 1010hrs and I have been waiting for nearly half hour. Then that lady looked at me and said to me, you have to recheck when u back and you cannot sit there and wait for it in a rude tone in front of her colleague. If I have been told in a polite way, I will fully understood, but I have to say her manner and the way was very rude and inappropriate. I was so mad and I should write down her name, as a client, I will follow rules if I been told and notified properly instead of being treated with this rude way.

Why bother having your staff ask "how did you find the treatment" if they are just going to talk back in a super condescending voice and say "no I definitely did go over that area". It's my face, I know what I feel and I most certainly did not feel the heat of the laser hit a certain area and I know this because not so surprisingly the hair grew back in that patch faster than it did other areas on my face. I've gotten laser for 7 years now and every single Laser Clinics Australia is run by the same type of girl. Disrespectful people, rushed service. When I called up to book I specifically asked for a more senior team member because I had such bad experience at the Carindale branch. If you gave me your most senior employee I am not impressed by the quality of training / service. No matter how desperate I am again I won't go back to this company.

Laser clinics at garden city has an amazing team filled with with lovely ladies who are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Couldn't recommend this clinic more. The injectors that also work here have an immeasurable skill set from many years of experience and give fantastic natural results.

This clinic has amazing skin treatments. I love skin needling and the ageless peel. My skin feels amazing!

This clinic is by far the best laser clinic. Will definitely be revisiting. All of the girls were very helpful and reassuring.

I have been a long-term client and I love coming here for treatment. Results are surprisingly great and I’m coming to the end of my sessions with a few stubborn areas to target. Whenever possible, I always try to request Kiona as she is an absolutely fantastic and experienced therapist. She is always so attentive, knowledgeable, professional and very thorough! I feel very comfortable when Kiona is treating me as she takes the time to listen to my needs and works with me to achieve best results. Thank you Kiona. You are a star!

Although I'm not sure I'd recommend this place to anyone because a dermatologist would probably be a lot better, they seem a lot more friendly, helpful, honest, and informed/capable than the ones at Carindale.

I was always highly recommend laser clinic to my friends and I’ve been doing hair removal in here more than 20 times
But today’s service disappointed me
About the Brazilian and underarm she act in a perfunctory manner
Full face part she tried to only do two side of my face! Did I misunderstood [FULL FACE]? And she refused to do forehead, her excuse is because it might effect my eyebrows
I’m really disappointed about today’s unprofessional (staff) service
