The staff at laser clinics australia are always lovely and inviting. Very knowledgable and have had amazing results from all their treatments!

Pre-payers beware! This is a very difficult business to make changes with. Franchises are VERY different and this is the worst one I've ever dealt with. Horrid experience.

I pre-paid and booked Expert Firming 6 Step AquaFacial after consulting on phone with a beautician in the clinic. When I went there, they did some other facial. I am very unhappy ️

I had laser hair removal done today, they fitted me in right away, were so lovely and quick and painless, definitely can't wait for my next free appointment. Thanks ladies

I got 4 same treatments but I paid $113 for first 3 treatments but today I was busy to talkto my frnd on the counter and I did not saw at eftos machine and lady staff charged me $181
After that I asked for refund over charged money, but she denied.
Please be aware everyone, your money can be stolen.

I love this place! I gave them a try for antiwrinkle injections after I was left disappointed by another place. They were so much better and the results are great. I've been there twice now and I will keep going.

I had a fantastic microdermabrasion session with Hannah. She goes above and beyond to ensure the treatment is completed with such care. She took the time to massage the products into my face and I felt so relaxed and my skin felt so balanced. I highly recommend this treatment with Hannah.

I've been going to Laser Clinic in Rockhampton since late last year and have never had a bad experience. They always provide great customer service and are always welcoming.

Totally wrecked my skin with needling. Went from resilient skin to highly sensitive skin even 1.5 years after. Did not apologise or offer any further healing treatment. Also took the rest of $$$ the package I bought when I couldn't use it in time as my skin was still inflamed when it expired. Also got lip filler- was all lumpy and was advised not to rub or roll it: (
