Have been a long-time customer to Pac Fair Laser Clinics and am yet to be disappointed! I’m always greeted respectfully and looked after during treatment. My first time I was very nervous as a male attending laser treatment but Jessica always makes me feel comfortable during treatment. Thank you!

I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Their cancellation policy says you can cancel up to 48 hours beforehand. I did exactly that; I cancelled right at the 48-hour mark. But because it had to be "before" that time, they took my money without letting me make another booking. There are plenty of other places with way better customer service.

April the nurse is amazing had my lip filler done with her she is so lovely and real! Made me feel so comfortable as I was super nervous for my first time lip injections, I didn't feel a thing! The numbing stuff is literally amazing! Worth every dollar thank you so much April in love with my lips won't be going to anyone else, feeling so confident xxx

They charged me $50 because I arrived 8 minutes late to the appointment
So rude the girl in reception! Won’t come back! In my last appointment I was on the time and they made me wait more than 5 minutes, so I can wait them but they can not wait for me or make a call? Again so rude the girl at reception only her the other ones always being very nice to me

Unfortunately the last few times I have called to talk to someone or book an appointment no one has answered the phone or I have been left on hold for 10min plus. It would benefit them to have someone answering phones/doing admin. It seems I’m left on hold while a treatment is being done when there’s only one worker in the salon as that has been the case when I have walked in and waited to be served while a treatment was being finished.

I had my microneedling done with LED light therapy today? Anna is a real professional. Can't wait to have my next appointment. Thank you

The lady who just did my laser hair removal was fantastic. So professional, friendly and thorough. She continuously asked me if the temperature was ok and not too hot.

Hi i had mel yesterday, she was very calming and very honest she made me feel comfortable, mel was the best nurse i ever had im 65 and i have been to a lot of clinics, i find the staff here lovely and mel simply the best see you at xmas.

They changed the time of my appointment without notice or explanation. I just received a random text, no option to reschedule at a time I can actually make it

Staff who done laser for me was super friendly and i feel she cares me. Not just done and bye. I feel comfortable and relaxed. I am already satisfied with the results and happy to do more sessions.

I had my lips done before Christmas and which I was happy with them, within six weeks they completely disappeared the clinic did not answer my emails and I had to call for assistance, I was told that my body had absorbed the hyaluronic acid and that can happen sometimes so I went back again and paid for a 12 month formula called kiss that was no discount offered or any incentive to make me come back, anyhow I’m back in the same boat again wouldn’t even know my lips were done you can only see a tiny bit of product left in them they almost look like they did before once again I emailed them no response care factor zero
I was recommended to laser clinics at Pacific fair As my friend had had a good experience there unfortunately for me it’s been completely the opposite, I’ve paid Two lots of lips over $1000 and a completely not satisfied would not recommend-

I love coming to laser clinics, the staff is super friendly and professional and all the treatments I’ve done are amazing. Specially the microdermabrasion with Lauren, she’s the best! 100% recommend this place

I had a great skin consult with Lauren regarding my pigmentation issues. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and honest about treatment options and products to ensure I will get the most out of my treatment. Highly recommend a consult if you’re worried about pigmentation.

The clinic is clean and tidy. The laser device is great, nothing to complain. All the staff are nice and welcoming. I am getting my under arm and brazilian hair removal with Lauren and she is the BEST! She is not only sweet but also professional with knowledge! She exactly knows what she is doing, check the progress every time, and explaining to me what is going on. It may sound just simple things, but makes her so reliable. Good experience and highly recommended:)

Female - I have had great results with my laser hair removal on legs, Brazilian & underarms. I can go months between sessions without having to use a razor in between. Defiantly worth it. The team at pacific fair are professional & friendly.
