Always have a great experience here. All the staff are lovely and always give great advice.

I would never return here. Generally the staff here are great, but after coming here for almost 12 months there’s just no consistency. Sometimes you have a great tech who is thorough and pain free, other times they are rough, inexperienced and rush and miss areas. I had a particularly bad experience here with a rude technician who:

1) Barged in the room while I was still undressing, did not bother to knock or ask if I was ready like everyone else does
2) Set the laser to the wrong setting which was too low and did not remove any hair, I felt nothing, my skin was not even red like nothing had even been done. Was a complete waste of a session I paid for
3) Ran out of laser aid cream and instead of offering to get some more told me to just keep pumping and I might get some out

I raised these issues with the manager who did not apologise, just dismissed my claims and said the laser settings are never changed and I don’t work in the industry so I am mistaken on the processes. I may not work in the industry but I have been getting laser for years and understand when something is wrong.

If you could request staff by name I think it would make a huge difference but unfortunately you can’t so are stuck with the luck of the draw, or in my case unluckiness? I would give 1 star but I feel it is unfair to the staff here who are amazing at their job.

Definitely recommend. I have had Immy with both my appointments and she made me feel extremely comfortable and all the girls are really nice at the reception.

Been having facial appointments for myself and teen daughter for couple of years now, and love the friendly staff and such great service from all the lovely ladies from phone bookings to face to face appointments!
Can’t wait for my next appointment in 6 weeks

2 stars just because staff is nice.

I've been doing a full face treatment and after 1 and a half year, it has not just not take nearly close to what they promised, as the inadequate use of laser stimulated the hair growth where I didn't have facial hair before.

It is cheaper but it comes with a cost, just pay yourself a specialised clinic as it's the same of comparing "Fast food with a brand named restaurant". It's your health you are betting.

Don't go.

Been coming to this clinic for a couple years now and I’ve always left feeling comfortable and well taken care of! My last appointment was especially great as my therapist was incredibly friendly and so knowledgeable. I wish I got her name but she had short black hair and fantastic eyeliner! Will definitely continue the rest of my appointments at this clinic!

I had to change appointments twice and the team were super accommodating. Emily was wonderful, easy to chat to and made my laser and aqua facial experience relaxing and comfortable! Would recommend

Honestly can’t recommend Nassau and this clinic enough. Amazing results and great customer care, Nassau is truely exceptional.

If I could give 0 on communication I would. I tried to get a hold of the clinic for over a week and a half to get a refund back. Constantly having to call to chase the money up is beyond unprofessional. Every day calling and getting told that they will call you back in 20mins.

I wasn't able to get my treatment done due to being on medication that I'm on and was told I would get a refund back the next day.

Been coming here for years and they are always super quick and efficient and all the staff have great customer service and make you feel comfortable!

Laser clinics australia is great I use them for laser hair removal on legs, Brazilian and underarms. I have had great results and best of all they are very affordable

Service is amazing and all the staff are very friendly, helpful and considerate. I have just had my second skin needling treatment and I am absolutely loving the results and experience. I am looking forward to future treatments. Very happy with LCA Chermside.

I received multiple appointments of laser hair removal only to find out that suddenly my skin started reacting very badly for the past 2 appointments and I am left with a lot of ugly scars on my legs only to find out the reason that happened is because they changed the laser machine which was not at all suited to my skin tone, they did this without telling me and now I am left feeling more insecure about my legs than before I even began the laser hair removal treatment, very disappointing!

Excellent service from Renee who did microdermabrasion on me. She is very knowledgeable and provided the best experience. The clinic was very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this clinic.
