Full hardware and timber store off the highway and people don't know about it being there.

Just dealt with a lovely lady over the phone in the Windows Division at Stapylton. No charge for a replacement door lock keeper and very efficient customer service. Extremely impressed with her manner. I’ll give her 10/10 for service attitude.

Good service, good for trade materials. Medium range of hardware (not extensive).
Good alternative to the bigger chains.

Great for trade tools was able to grab a Makita grinder from here for a competitive price and the staff were helpful, making the transaction quick and back to work within the lunch break. Thanks guys

Bad service, delivered the wrong order 3 times in a row. Ridiculous, sort out your delivery quality assurance.

Drivers are incredibly wreckless who bully other drivers.bullied me and alarmist killed me carrying a full load of timber, absolute disgusting management have not taken this seriously

They are a family owned & operated business with experienced well trained and helpful staff.
They have a fantastic range of hardware and building materials that are delivered on time and when required.

Clean and efficient hospital lots of parking upgrades very good for the community Obliquely opposite McDonald's Left hand side when coming from Logan motorway

Tied down, where was a wooden fence post came off this truck and I thought it was coming

No response, email them 5 time No response, Not Australia, will not take responsibility
