OMG this place is a must! Im a massage addict and very fussy, this place meet all my expectations. Service was a 10/10 but more importantly our spa package was worth every minute. It’s a beautiful spa and very clean, staff are attentive and the standard is very high.

Went for my birthday and had the best massage, cheaper than other places yet offer better services and complimentary refreshments before and after your massage. The staff is kind and welcoming and extremely professional and cannot fault it in the slightest. Cannot wait to go again

An overall “good” experience. Beautiful decor, comfortable furnishings and a beautiful smell throughout - I loved the vibe when I first entered. Staff are for the most part friendly. Truly a stunning setting, it has so much potential. The message overall was a solid 2/10. Very minimal pressure and it felt like my toddler was massaging me lol. However the facial was amazing! My skin felt great after and even a few days later, it still had that freshly creamed look. I would give more starts but due to the price and quality of the overall service, I believe a 3 is a fair overall score)

I just had the most phenomenal experience at LanSpa.
Everything was amazing from the second I walked in the door.
I had the ‘signature facial’ and it was amazing.
The lady who did it (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name), was knowledgeable and extremely passionate and made me feel extremely comfortable.
Due to the terrible weather, the power was out, but you all handled it perfectly, maintaining your high standards and professionalism.
I cannot thank you all enough.

I had the Summer dreaming package. Was absolutely lovely! Very relaxing! My therapist was Mia and she was great the massage with the facial then the milky bath was just divine!
I only rated it 4 star as I would’ve loved a hot tea or different beverage and parking is sometimes difficult but all n all a great experience.

From Perth on family holiday and sister in law recommended this spa. Easy online booking and description of packages. From start to finish I absolutely LOVED my experience at LanSpa. Relaxing, welcoming, lovely facilities and treatment room. My lady was AMAZING! Best massage, got all my knots out. She was thorough, caring, professional and professional. I floated out the door and felt fresh and relaxed. Would definitely return and certainly recommend! X

REALLY WORTH THE PRICE AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF we got the me time package and was very happy with the welcome drinks and high tea.massage was not too firm not too soft when we chose medium pressure

My wife, mother in law and I all booked in for massages. Without asking or telling us at any point they booked us in a room with three massage beds (like a couples massage room but with three beds). When my mother in law obviously didn’t feel comfortable getting a massage in the same room as us they acted like it was totally normally to get a massage as a family and that she was being difficult for presuming we would be in seperate rooms and acting like it was our fault for not pressuring we would all be put in the same room unless specifically asking otherwise. So she sat in the waiting room for an hour while we, unknowingly, got our massages. We were all very disappointed by the lack of communication.

EDIT: As you can see from the Spa’s reply they believe it’s better to gaslight their customers, as if three people being in the same massage room is normal, then admit that they should have clarified or asked at the time of booking.

Thankyou Eliana for such an amazing full body massage and facial! Such nice friendly staff, highly recommend for anyone wanting some relaxing pamper time. Will definitely be back!

If you’re looking for massages, this place you shouldn’t consider at all.

I came here when they’re new open in 2020, the management was messy and the therapist’s skill is average or below average. And I come here once again this year, the management seems improved but the service is very disappointing.

My body still feel tense and tired after the so call ‘massages ’. The massages doesn’t help your body to relief the tiredness. The service is like oil rubbing on your body. The therapist’s massages skill is not up to standards compares to any other massages place. I really doubt if the therapist have been professional trained. Therapist has no strength at all when massaging my body. The girl should go back for professional training.

Don’t waste your money here if you’re looking for a massages to relieve your muscle stress, pain and tiredness.
